here

I didn't use IL's postcode

YellowWellies · 04/10/2013 15:02

Ahhh no MM can you see the teeth? Fingers crossed they're close. That would explain her food avoiding yesterday. Jonas would go nuts if he had six hours between meals except if he was teething. Ahh hindsight. I reckon after his council tax dishonesty you were owed a rant at P even if he didn't fuck up bedtime. Envy. yes I know he can do no right to me but I'm protective of my pal

OK so Mars bar-gate results in - he's windy as hell and woke up at 6am rather than 7.30 but he slept through! Definite comfort feeding going on but no colicky upset Shock I think he is starting to grow out of the CMPI! I'm going to give it a week and try again Grin then buy a Mars bar multi pack Grin Grin Grin .

MissMummy1 · 04/10/2013 15:20

Wahey great news on the CMPI!! And what a way to test it, great stuff J Grin

I can see 2, poss 3 little white lumps in the back of her gums. Before she bit me that is. Hmm

YellowWellies · 04/10/2013 15:22

If you can see em fingers crossed it won't be too long x

MissMummy1 · 04/10/2013 15:32

She also just crawled the length of the lounge in record speed after the dog and stood up at the patio doors. Fuck.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 04/10/2013 15:45

Settling In went ok today, apparently O was a. It unsettled, I suspect it was because a.) he had only had 30 mins sleep and b.) I gave him into the arms of someone rather than popping m on the floor with toys.

Now is operation beautification! I managed a shower, in the downstairs shower with tne door open, risking total exposure should someone come to the back door during shower time. No one did and I had a nice view across the valley. I now have to try and give myself a. Lunch blow dry before O gets fed up of playing nicely and Ds1 decides to be over lovey towards him. Hmm

Sophiathesnowfairy · 04/10/2013 15:46

Bouncy blow dry, not a lunch blow dry.

YellowWellies · 04/10/2013 15:51

Haha it gets a bit mad with pup and crawling baby. I can guarantee Jonas is off at rocket speed to steal Betsy's toys or chews whilst I'm getting something of his off her! Given they're both on the floor and both love bright chewy toys you either have to chill out about it or spend your whole day shouting 'no!'; for sanity's sake and so as not to make 'no' meaningless I've gone for the former. But yeah my standards have slipped! even lower She'll be squalling to be out crawling in the muddy garden whilst Aulay goes to the loo next. That's a real joy! I'm buying a rain suit as he's getting filthy crawling through puddles but its not safe to leave him alone in the house now!

Sophiathesnowfairy · 04/10/2013 16:33

I think
O sounds more like your pups than your babies!

PetiteRaleuse · 04/10/2013 17:46

Ihad a good day and everything has gone to shit this evening. Tripped over with a full potty. It went everywhere. Both girls are in foul tempers despite being really happy when they got home. Both have thrown their dinner on the floor. Both are super clumsy tonight and tripping over things and banging their heads. DD1 trod on lo's hand by accident, then LO pulled on her hair. And the dog just started manically barking for no reason. And dh was supposed to make an effort to come home by 6 but he is still at work and no idea when he is leaving because his cocksucking employers are fuckwads.

Have just popped half a xanax.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 04/10/2013 18:17

Wine pr

Pikz · 04/10/2013 18:21

Have put L on the floor with all his books and retreated to hide where he can't quite see me. Today is hard work.

Wine To all

PurplePidjin · 04/10/2013 18:34

Luffly day here until a bus broke down on one of the two routes between where i was having coffee with a friend and home. 1 1/2 hours to do a 20 minute trip. R slept 4:45-4:30, hoovered up his dinner during what should have been bath time and is now struggling to feed to drowsy enough to be put down. Cc again tonight then Hmm

PurplePidjin · 04/10/2013 18:34

*3:45-4:30. No time travel involved

PurplePidjin · 04/10/2013 18:35

Vvvdp has gone to get Wine

Pikz · 04/10/2013 18:41

We have booked the wedding!

Advice please on how to break it to family and friends. Email? Phone call? Both mothers already know/

Passmethecrisps · 04/10/2013 19:16

Sounds like everyone needs it!

Hoorah on wedding bookage pikz!

ChasingDaisy · 04/10/2013 19:42

I has chocolate

Today has been an absolute fucker.

YellowWellies · 04/10/2013 19:53

I'm knackered after a week with Romulus and Remus and an early start (thanks Mars bar - you were worth it - same time next week?). There's an icy cold bottle of Sauvignon waiting for me in the fridge. Hurry up and feed bear. Only one more week of being housebound and Betsy woofer can go out and I'll feel much less cabin feverish! Sadly there's also three more top teeth visible so good nights could be scarce this week.

PR that (particularly the potty trick) wins the bad evening award Wine Wine Wine Wine . It's bad enough when Betsy lays a dog egg in the garden and Jonas races to beat me and the poo bag to it... but that is slightly more boak-worthy!

BigPigLittlePig · 04/10/2013 20:16

Evening all.

I would like to join in with the total shite night club, if I may. This week, F has not slept in beyond 5.20am. She has had multiple night wakings. Last night I went to bed at 9, in an attempt to get a decent sleep. She was up at 9.30, thunderstorm at 1, dh snoring at some multiple point, up for a poo and milk at 4 (wtf?! hasn;t done that for months), then up to play at 5. I put her back in her cot and let her cry, I had the pillow over my head. Felt like a rubbish mummy, but within 10 minutes she had gone to sleep Grin

Stunt that sounds awful about ds2, I agree with either getting v stroppy with the school and pushing them to assess him, or forking out for a private assessment. It does sound daft that they'll only do one assessment a year though?!

Sophia go with your gut, stuff the ofsted report. Fs nursery has just been downgraded because of one incident and subsequent complaint. They are excellent though and I cannot find a single problem with the care that they provide.

PR Wine - sounds baaaad.

Det how is O today? Hope he's feeling a bit better.

MM good luck with the increasingly mobile baby! F charges after the cat, he waits until the last minute then leaps over her head and runs for the hills!

Madam F is finally better now. In the past 4 weeks, she has had hand, foot & mouth, a tummy bug, a cold, and 4 new teeth. Someone has been laughing at us!

MIL forgot to strap Fs car seat into the car today. DH is not impressed, at all. MIL keep saying "I'm sure I did, I must have done", but there was no way she could have done, the belt was not even a bit around her car seat. I was vair twitchy about letting MIL even drive her, as her driving is shit at the best of times. DH has mercifully now said she can't drive her Confused

I can hear an owl too-whit-too-wooing. Tis lovely.

Thechick · 04/10/2013 20:56

This time last year I was in hospital after braxton hicks that didn't stop and a bit of spotting. I was told my cervix was completely closed and I wouldn't be having the baby any time soon. Lol H came 36 hours later!!

Passmethecrisps · 04/10/2013 21:00

Love owls!

There was a frog migration on Wednesday night when I was coming back from work. Hundreds of wee froggies

The potty incident sounds horrific. Hope DH is home now pr

In other news p seems to have decided that she will be self-settling from now on. Took her 10 minutes tonight. Two returns from me thanks to crying and standing but really fast. She just seems ready now . Fingers crossed holidays don't mess it up

Passmethecrisps · 04/10/2013 21:02

Amazing chick! All these birthdays and new babies are making my ovaries clang

Sophiathesnowfairy · 04/10/2013 21:05

It's getting to that 1 year ago time isn't it chick! Do you have first birthday plans?

Hot date is complete. Great night so far, lovely meal out, with sea veiw, home for a cuddle, cosiest pjs and cup of tea in bed.....oh times have changed!

BigPigLittlePig · 04/10/2013 21:23

I was only 6 months pregnant a year ago I didn't even have a bump yet - also making me very nostalgic thinking back though, and remembering our tiny helpless wee babes.
