Having a crappymummy day however just wanted to say yayyyyyy for BALLS and BCKBONE!!!

MadameGazelleIsMyMum · 18/10/2013 14:59

It's amazing how "that won't work for me" WORKS. It's inarguable despite someone having a good go, but on the basis of "but I need you to keep helping me out, not solving the problems that were my excuses. It's a light bulb moment.

applepieinthesky · 18/10/2013 15:06

I have started spotting. I never had this with C. Is it normal? Do I need to do anything?

Elizadoesdolittle · 18/10/2013 15:13

Woop go madame

apple is it brown or fresh red blood? I have no experience of shooting but heard that if its brown old blood it's not a concern. However fresh blood is. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along soon but if you're worried call the clinic, they'll know what you should do.

MadameGazelleIsMyMum · 18/10/2013 15:16

Yep apple if you are worried call your MW or clinic.

Elizadoesdolittle · 18/10/2013 15:16

Hmmm that should have said spotting but I can confirm I have no experience of shooting either.

Hope you're ok apple x

MissMummy1 · 18/10/2013 15:18

Apple I spotted brownish blood on and off around 6-8 weeks. If you're worried though go and get seen

Dinner in oven. Buns cooling. Car being collected at 5pm. Hoorah! Now if only M would nap....

PetiteRaleuse · 18/10/2013 15:19

Eliza is right brown spotting is much better than red but I would get it checked out. How many weeks are you now? Spotting is common so don't worry (easier said than done I know)

Donnadoon · 18/10/2013 17:30

apple
madame hello
Hello to rest of quiche

MissMummy1 · 18/10/2013 17:45

I haz fiat 500 Grin And MC tobi fits!! after posting it through the boot It's actually much easier putting M in and out than our awkward megane. I luffs it Smile Smile Smile Next challenge: find a pushchair that fits!

Sophiathesnowfairy · 18/10/2013 18:05

It's easier to post M in through the boot mm? Confused

I had spotting at some point with all four of mine, but defo get checked out. Xx

PetiteRaleuse · 18/10/2013 18:07

DD1 has a temperature and LO is pukey. Of course we couldn't have a calm celebratory weekend could we?! Hmm Oh and just before I put her in her bed LO fell backwards on the wooden floor, right on her bum then back on to her head. As if she wasn't feeling rubbish enough. Seems ok though, will keep an eye on her this evening.

MissMummy1 · 18/10/2013 18:14

Haha no the carseat when in through the boot. M fits in through the front just fine Grin

Sophiathesnowfairy · 18/10/2013 18:31

Oh no pr hopefully a good night sleep and all will return to normal.

PurplePidjin · 18/10/2013 18:45

Evening all Wine

I've read, i promise, i just have nothing useful to say Blush

I sold a hat today, a breastfeeding boob. She asked for white, clarified as skin tone not like a sheet or owt, so i made it in a sort of fleshy pink. She paid (local so met up while i was about) but has since messaged to say it's too pink, she was expecting beige/neutral for the main colour. I sent a pic, albeit a crap phone one in artificial light to let her know it was finished. What do i do? Should i ignore? Remake it in a different colour and exchange? Get paid to make a new one?

MadameGazelleIsMyMum · 18/10/2013 18:54

She paid on delivery PP? After she had seen it, and accepted it? I think that's it then. She wasn't forced to take it, if she had objected at the point of delivery she could have not paid.

What is she expecting you to do?

MadameGazelleIsMyMum · 18/10/2013 18:55

If she wants a new one of precise colour, ask her to either buy the wool or give you a specific wool colour (non technical phrase) to use.

MadameGazelleIsMyMum · 18/10/2013 18:56

For which service she can pay.

MadameGazelleIsMyMum · 18/10/2013 18:56

Check me and my balls out.

TheDetective · 18/10/2013 19:03

Hello hello!

I am always reading! I never disappear! Just the time to post seems to evade me! Grin

And I don't want to be all me me me much Grin.

I will say happy birthday to LO now PR in case I can't tomorrow! Happy Birthday! Cake

The Fiat 500's are deceptive MM. I have a colleague who has 2 2 year olds (born 10 months apart haha!) who are in car seats in the back, and she gets a pushchair in the boot. I suspect she had a bugaboo. I'm sure I remember her telling me what she had in there. She is posh. So it will be an expensive brand I am sure Hmm. I will rack my brains if I find them. I got my cosatto giggle in to a c1 boot with the seat unit off, and put that bit either in the passenger seat or in the back next to the car seat.

Apple At this stage of pregnancy some spotting is not unusual. Especially after sex. Brown blood - okayish but keep an eye especially if any abdo pain, fresh red, ring for advice. Probably would be the gynae ward/early pregnancy assessment at this stage. I assume you haven't booked yet? I would ring the main switchboard at hospital and ask to be put through to whoever deals with early pregnancy issues.

Woohoo for balls Madame bet it feels a weight lifted. The other person should be bloody ashamed! Twunts!

Stunt Ouch. I've had a cracker of a headbutt more than once from O. Glad it's just bruised and not worse. Ibuprofen is ace for swelling :)

I forget what else I had to say!

O has a rash - which I posted on FB yesterday. Took him to the GP this morning as it was still there and as bad as yesterday. GP said possibly impetigo. I don't think it is - neither does anyone else who has looked at it. But he has a steroid cream for it, and is contagious for 48 hours.

Boil washes R us here! Hmm

I have finished my nights for this week - doing them next week too. For the first time of ever doing nights I have recovered with no after effects Hmm. Perhaps all that shitty sleep has done me good?! Grin I slept yesterday after my last shift til 2pm, then went to bed at 11.30pm with 2 nytol and was bright as a button when Oscar got up at 7.30 this morning! I took the nytol just in case, but to be honest I didn't think I needed it. I was tired when I went to bed, and felt I would fall asleep okay. I've always been unable to sleep the night after finishing.

O is taking walking to new levels. He keeps falling flat on his face because he is trying to run. Hmm Waaaah!

My other news is I just hit 3 stone off on the scales this morning! Grin Yay! I am having quite a few days 'off' in November - my birthday and O's birthday, then we will go to the Christmas markets Nov/Dec, Christmas Eve and Christmas day. So I would like to lose another 2.5lb over the next 2 weeks, and then try and maintain my weight over Christmas. I am loving my weight at the moment. Feels great :) I've actually only got a stone and a half to lose til I am at the weight I was really happy at - however I do want to lose more than that. But it feels much closer now!

TheDetective · 18/10/2013 19:08

Hmmmm. Wonder who can finish the fred... Grin.

TheDetective · 18/10/2013 19:11
Halloween Grin
TheDetective · 18/10/2013 19:11

C'mon shiny new fred.....!

TheDetective · 18/10/2013 19:11

Wonder if anyone is going to steal this from me...

Fuck off hahaha! It's mine mofo's! Wink

Passmethecrisps · 18/10/2013 19:12
