Well it seems appropriate you cheeky breeders.

Vag it is Ethinyl estradiol / Drospirenone. Don't think there is a generic version yet, but don't know.

beans37 · 16/09/2013 06:24

I might just squeeze the baby in before the end of the thread... Waters definitely gone.

Arti, how's DS?

sybilfaulty · 16/09/2013 06:56

Hurray beans - how you feeling? Any contractions? Timing is perfect for me of course. Good luck you lovely girl.

Arti - how are things this morning? Hope you are about to be discharged. Poor DD2. She must feel very guilty but these things happen in a family.

Arrtttiiieee · 16/09/2013 06:56

OMG! Go Beans!!! Any pains? Sending you so many good labour vibes (although Sybs ain't going to be pleased).

Got home at 2am on promise I would rouse DS every two hours. He seems fine now except for the egg on his forehead. I'm shattered, the hospital was so busy they had no beds so observed us in A&E and it was manic. We were at C&W Rubes, same place DS was born exactly four months previously. Is that where you DH is going?

Arrtttiiieee · 16/09/2013 06:59

X post with Sybs... I thought you wanted Tues!

I haven't seen DD2 yet as she is still sleeping but the au pair said she seemed ok last night. Apparentlynit was DD1 who was anxious and cried. I'm not sure how she dropped him as she was on an arm chair with him on her lap.

Rubena · 16/09/2013 07:37

Go Beans! Good luck!

Glad you're home Arti. How tiring. Yes he'll be there next. It's shocking how busy all these hospitals are, and actually, that one is less busy than where he is now.

DeidreBarlow · 16/09/2013 07:58

Gosh so much to catch up on, but only just skimmed!

Arti poor DS. What an awful shock for you all. I hope he's ok and Dd2 is too.

Beans! Wow. Sending you lots if speedy labour vibes. How exciting x

GO BEANS GO BEANS GO BEANS

Arti glad all is ok. I was always told if the bump goes out into a massive egg its always better as the swelling is outwards instead of inwards. Poor DDs its always such a fright when things like that happen.

Monday, yeah! Back to school. Super busy weekend. Went to the Essex Country Fair on Saturday what a load of toot. Cost a fortune to get in then it was all stalls selling the most horrific of things and foody stuff. Really disappointing. Very poor show. why do places think its ok to charge a small fortune to get in somewhere and promise lots of steam tractors and shows in the arena then put on pretty much bog all.

Sybs am due 16th Dec.

beans37 · 16/09/2013 09:10

Arti, so glad all ok. And glad DDs are too.

Still no contractions here. Just hoping I don't have to be induced, would be a total hassle. Mum coming to collect the girls from school and taking them down to Kent with her. Am going to miss them! Have to go to midwife at 10 for a look up my fanjo to see what's going on. Waters have slowed down since I've got up! Most frustrating.

Nolda · 16/09/2013 09:57

I hope all goes well, Beans. Keep us updated. We need to know!

Nolda · 16/09/2013 09:58

Arti, I'm so glad you are both home and all is well. I hope you manage to catch up on some rest today.

Vagolajahooli · 16/09/2013 10:12

Woohoo go Beans.

Rubes I was checking cos I don't know if it is called Yasmin here so easier to have the generic name to give the GP to look up.

Rubena · 16/09/2013 10:40

Ah I see Vag. Def don't know that. My friend in NZ is on it and costs her $80 for 3 months. Am grateful it's free here.
Good luck beans! Wish we had notification if new messages on here! Busy day, but will check in. Thankful for smartphones at least! Have thought we should revisit the Facebook closed group idea again as it would be private, and we'd get notified of new messages. I'm in another closed FB group and its very good! Anyway will check back later for a mini bean!

beans37 · 16/09/2013 11:06

Getting a few mini contractions... Suspect tomorrow is the day, Sybs!

Rubena · 16/09/2013 11:14

I thought you do these things fast beans? I predict late tonight!

Rubena · 16/09/2013 11:16

But actually. It's midday nearly so might not be till past midnight. Exciting!

JamInMyWellies · 16/09/2013 11:24

7.25 tonight is my prediction.

Arrtttiiieee · 16/09/2013 11:38

You will be quick now you are contracting Beans. What did the MW say after examining you?

My prediction: 5.45pm, boy, 7lbs 6oz

JamInMyWellies · 16/09/2013 12:14

Oh yes, girl. Weight 8lb 2oz

Arrtttiiieee · 16/09/2013 12:25

Beanzzzz, we need blow-by-blow updates, surely you have nothing better to do.

DeidreBarlow · 16/09/2013 12:52

Oh beans how exciting! I predict 11.51pm, boy, 7lb 4 Grin

beans37 · 16/09/2013 13:12

Hee hee! Still nothing happening. Am about to have a snooze as no kip doing my head in. Mum has taken the girls. DH here. All v weird with no children!

Midwife didnt examine me in the end. I kind of wish I'd insisted a bit. Am now worried its all a false alarm and I'm Braxton Hicks-ing again! Bugger bugger!

Rubena · 16/09/2013 13:24

Ah what? Nothin? Checking in from the treadmill Grin
I predict boy, around 8lb ish who the heck knows when!
Just had first school dinner with all the reception kids. Bloody spicy. Think they need to cut down on the hot factor. Overall not bad though.

Arrtttiiieee · 16/09/2013 13:49

Well if I am to win then you only have four hours to go Beans. Never fear, I predict an hour nap, woken by strong contractions, three hour labour, job done. Remember that after a slow start DS took under an hour once the real contractions started.
