I bought S a baby sit me up cosy thin from Argos, still haven't inflated it though. Hmm this was a totally pointless post Pikz, sorry! Smile
It looks good though!

BigPigLittlePig · 16/03/2013 20:08

pikz 10 minutes? I see your 10 minutes and raise lower it - 30 seconds, tops - she still roots at the carpet, gets cross and shrieks.

Funny kyz I think E and P are very similar. Her new thing appears to be 2 very short naps in the morning followed by a longish one (not today mind you) between 2 and 4 approx. then no sleep until bedtime which she has now decided is 6:45 not 7.

Snoozing now.

A summary horsey. Hmm. VQ's DH thinks he can jog and juggle children. Well he would but it is tiring. stunt is having a shit time as J's sleep regresses. She does, however, have an awesome dog! detective was witness to some crazy-ass lawbreaking all over some ice cream and her DP admits that she is far harder than he is. glenda is back from her hols and is feeling all holiday happy. PR is fucking chilly. sweet is queen of the awesome.

That is a sort of run down. I will double back

Passmethecrisps · 16/03/2013 20:14

Hey! You lot and your stealth boasting! If you are selling your maternity clothes that must mean you aren't wearing them! Skinny fuckers

Pikz · 16/03/2013 20:20

Pass that was an ace summary! Can you do one everyday?

ChasingDaisy · 16/03/2013 20:25

pikz my thoughts exactly!

pass' daily roundup works for me!

ChasingDaisy · 16/03/2013 20:30

Goodnight quiche.

Will see some of you at the first night feed. Sending sleepy dust all round.

Loves you all Thanks

glendathefedupwitch · 16/03/2013 20:36

pass cracking summary - pls do one in bold every eve so I can keep up while at uni

Eeeeeeek 2 sleeps!!!!!

pass & fruit pls don't take this the wrong way - don't get caught up in what your baby can't do compared to x & y, like with weight, percentiles, weaning, walking, talking, writing, multiplication to downing their first pint - every baby is different thank dog!! enjoy them for the moment - it doesn't last long!!! Oh and you egg them on to crawl/walk/talk then when they do you kick yourself cos they're into everything/everywhere and won't shut up!!!! Enjoy your babies cos it goes way too fast - only yesterday my firstborn was a little 5lb bundle and now he's a strapping 13 yr old!!!!

Can't move dots asleep on me and desperate for a brew and wee

Next week we're going to attempt 9pm bedtimes instead of 11pm - should we do it gradual or bang straight in with a new routine??

Pikz · 16/03/2013 20:42

Right who is to blame for the triangular sandwiches comment? I am actually contemplating getting out of bed to make some...

BigPigLittlePig · 16/03/2013 20:45

Sorry Blush
They do taste nicer when you cut them like that though, don't they?

YellowWellies · 16/03/2013 20:45

Glenda - thank dog. That made me Grin

Went to a lovely local witch's shop and the pub (for a chamomile tea meh) with my sister and only one baby today (mine) was Fab. This evening I'm going to be poring over garden design books. Excited about spring and the new house much.Smile

Jonas and I are finally climbing out the other side of this lurgy and both, fetchingly, have mad yellow conjunctivitis. Nice. Am glad I didn't share with the haggis quiche but really want another meet up!

Kyzordz · 16/03/2013 20:48

pass e does exactly the same with sleep only he has 30 mins at about 6 as bed isn't till 8. Was thinking of starting to bring that forward a bit now. Today however he decided 1hr 45 was total since 9am and he would be fine. He was not! Your daily roundup that you're going to be doing now :p was awesome btw

E still goes batshit at tummy time lol, he tolerates me putting him on his tummy for his talc after bath so I've ran with this and been leaving him there a little longer and taking my time. Today dp played with him ad he managed a whopping 3 minutes!

Thinking of getting e one of those kick n play piano things. Has anyone got one/are they any good? He has 3 play mat things but nOt that one and he likes kicking out alot ie booting the fuck out of me all the time on his changing station

Sophiathesnowfairy · 16/03/2013 20:52

yw are you sure is not just snot coming outof your eyes? Grin

I love you all too. Have to say, think some of my "friends" have dropped me because they know I am leaving in the autumn. They don't seem to ask to get together anymore or make much effort to respond to me. Anyway, you lot have stuck by me regardless! I can pop you in my handbag and it doesn't matter where I am to you. Is quite a nice feeling. Grin

A portable quiche.

A going to lie in bed and listen to the rain now.

Pikz · 16/03/2013 20:54

Bplp they do... Without crusts... I want dairylea or butter and cucumber ones...

Pikz · 16/03/2013 20:56

Sophia if you are ever in need of a coffee just shout! I do a good line in chatting gibberish!

horseylady · 16/03/2013 21:07

Thanks pass two days away apart from fb and I couldn't catch up!!

TheDetective · 16/03/2013 21:11

ROFL! Portable quiche. Love it! I also like the idea of living in a handbag! Grin

O is on fiiiiiiiiiiire tonight! Giggles galore! Fucking awesome!

Pass I'm in my few bits of maternity stuff. I still wear my leggings, along with normal ones, and I am exclusively in maternity vest tops. Grin It hides the tum a little better Wink.

Oh, I realised for 16 weeks I have been in non iron clothes. I have no time for ironing except for my childrens stuff!. I look like a tramp.

Can anyone tell me when O first giggled? I am going to have to go through about 20,000 posts to find this aren't I? I can't fucking remember. Shit mother dot com.

kirrinIsland · 16/03/2013 21:12

pass that was an awesome summary - please do one every day!!

Boring day here. We have quite literally done nothing. And my horse is broken. Which is going to cost money.

I'm about to attempt bottle and bed. Good night for now xx

TheDetective · 16/03/2013 21:13

I often compare Oscar to a Meerkat. Standing gives him the ultimate pleasure. Standing and grinning at people. Flirt. Flirty Meerkat. Hmm

BigPigLittlePig · 16/03/2013 21:19

Boast alert - I have just read the Saturday paper, on a Saturday, the correct Saturday not 2 weeks later for the first time since F was born. It feels nice. Up to date at last!

ValiumQueen · 16/03/2013 21:21

kirrin poor horse and poor wallet.

I have caught up but have clearly missed a few things. I did not read anything about sandwiches but yes! They DO taste better in triangles and even better with no crusts.

Also is chasingdaisy a newbie or a namechange for our most popular person on FB?

LuisGarcia · 16/03/2013 21:22

Is it Saturday already?

LuisGarcia · 16/03/2013 21:23

vq The second one

TheDetective · 16/03/2013 21:28

Piss off you show off! I don't even know what month it is, let alone the fact it is Saturday!!

Pfffft!
