Amazing pikz! Well done to you Thanks

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2013 16:33

pikz already knows I think she is awesome Grin

blonder is a BF legend too!

As is YW

Hell we're all fucking legends! Fucking awesome we are. Even detective in her own special way Grin

TheDetective · 25/01/2013 16:43

I am a leg end Grin.

Pikz · 25/01/2013 16:44

Clarella try a bigger bottle... Since we've gone to 6/7oz he is a lot better and sleeps longer and is calmer. I just started offering a bit more each feed.

VQ I agree we are all awesome. Look at them all growing like vines! Even with all our bellyaching over every decision

Pikz · 25/01/2013 16:46

Anyone else tempted to write a things I must remember for the next one?

zcos · 25/01/2013 16:48

yes!

Pikz · 25/01/2013 16:53

Detective you never fail to post the minute I sip a cup of tea and make me nearly choke on it Grin

TheTiger · 25/01/2013 16:56

YW well I will start with ranitidine and see where we go. DS is FF so I wonder if domperidone would have the same effect as a BF baby. My GP is a tight arse and wouldn't even prescribe colief drops so I can't imagine me getting liquid omeprazole!

katie DS puts his hand on my face too, it's so sweet!

glenda DS will be swaddled tonight!

VQ it sounds like its really worked for you. I am so tempted but just don't know if I can do it.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 25/01/2013 17:02

We are nearly finished......

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2013 17:10

tiger I didn't think I could do it either. But I knew I couldn't carry on as I was.

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:12

Brilliant. I have a baby who now only ever wants to sit. Being propped on me is not enough. oh no. This baby wants self-propelled sitting. This at the moment means flinging herself forward so she is almost bent double. This is mostly when I try to feed her when she will hurl herself forward to hang over my arm dribbling happily onto her own feet.

I am not quite sure what to do about this really. When she is in the pram she spends ages grunting and straining then bursts into frustrated tears.

ValiumQueen · 25/01/2013 17:14

glenda how come you have seen more Dexter? I need to see more Dexter.

TheDetective · 25/01/2013 17:15

Bumbo!

Sorry pikz I'll try harder next time!

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:18

tiger if your LO is FF you will probably find domperidone ok. My LO has it and it actually helps keep her system moving nicely. She was horribly constipated before so it sort of keeps her going. You do need to be careful with the dosage. Mine says 1.5ml 4xdaily but giving her that much caused her terrible stomach cramps. We cut it to 3 doses and it works a charm. Having said that she was never really sicky.

TheDetective · 25/01/2013 17:22

Does anyone else feel like they can't get a seconds peace?! If it isn't Oscar needing me, it's DS1, or DP, or the dog stealing strokes and food. I could never get lonely in this house Hmm.

Can't even get in the bath in peace because every single one of them follows me there! And if I lock the door, one of them not the dog because that would be bloody amazing and earn me lots of ££! unlocks the fecking thing. Hmm

Five minutes peace... I know how she feels!!

TheDetective · 25/01/2013 17:25

Siting in M&S cafe catching up on 6 pages of you lot! this afternoon after swimming, the wireless list comes up. First on the list 'Unprotected CeX'. I nearly wet myself! I was silently rocking in the corner! CeX is a DVD/game shop what you take your stuff to and sell and can buy second hand stuff, if you haven't heard of it!

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:28

I can feel a weeny bit like that detective. In this house it is specifically milk time which causes the massive popularity of me. I strongly suspect that the cat has learned P's hungry cry because whenever I am trying to get milk sorted from the fridge into the heater a kitty appears!

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:30

is a Bumbo the answer then? I thought the bouncer would satisfy sitting needs but it isn't enough sitting for her it would appear

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:35

I did wonder detective when you mentioned going there the other day. I was just impressed with your utter candour!

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:35

oh come on. Am I going to be left finishing this thread alone?

P is in her basket smiling at Ewan and farting

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:36

she is peaceful though so I am having a Brew and a Biscuit

Passmethecrisps · 25/01/2013 17:37

maybe later I'll have some Wine

NotSoNervous · 25/01/2013 17:37

sophia I wished I lived far away for didn't get visitors only my mum Grin

NotSoNervous · 25/01/2013 17:37
