Well done LMF, good survival skills!
As you say Oi we can now say "we were there", although I think the trip to the athletics next week without the DC's will be a far more relaxed affair! We only managed to watch half a hockey match due to variously tired and hungry children, but had a good walk round the Olympic park and took some photos as evidence of having been there. The journey and getting through security all went well, it's so well organised. The atmosphere there was amazing. Can't wait to go next week
A bit late to the party, but here's our daily routine for DS. I do offer snacks Cherry, because that's what DD has. They're very small at the moment, but I want to build them in now so that DS is used to them by the time the mid-morning and mid-afternoon bottles are dropped when he's older.
7ish wake up and have 6oz bottle
8.30ish Mummy offers breakfast of toast or cereal with fruit. DS refuses or possibly eats a tiny morsel
11ish small snack of rice cake, fruit or soreen followed by 5oz bottle
1ish lunch. Try to fit in with DD, something like pasta and sauce, fish cakes, fish pie, fish fingers, chicken and apple balls, all with veg. Followed by fromage frais
3ish small snack followed by 5oz bottle
5ish tea. Agaion similart to DD. Something like breadsticks with cheese and cucumber, pitta and houmous, cheese on toast, scrambled egg and toast, beans and toast, cheese and spinach muffin. Followed by fruit.
7ish 7oz bedtime bottle.
Daytime naps are very variable as the poor boy has to fit around what everyone else is doing. If we're lucky he'll get in 3 40min naps in the day.
