New Year - New Thread!!

Hope you all had a lovely festive season!

I went for a nice walk in the park today as it was lovely & sunny. Sneezed violently half way round and realised my pelvic floor integrity ain't what it used to be. Which got me thinking about New Years resolutions!

  1. DO MORE PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES!!!
  2. Get Toned and Fit
  3. Get pregnant
  4. Sort out the garden

Obviousy number 3 may have an impact on 1 and 2!!

oh, man! nik Sad for your hols, what a bummer!
i'd be mad with the travel company too - i'd be mad if it was just me & dh...but with little ones too, that's just too much!

tipex, i can't say how much i feel for your rough nights - if it helps any, roo has spent the last 3 nights alternately feeding & kicking me out of bed. he's in with us pretty much all night atm, seems to be the only way of getting any sleep at all just now, as long as i just let him feed indefinitely, he's so furious if i stop him before he falls asleep....does this work at all for you? it's worth a try imo, don't think we'd be getting ANY sleep otherwise. dh tried to fight it out a bit with roo last night - what's the point, roo was beside himself & ended up with us for milk anyway Grin i forgive him it atm tho, as he had the hugest bumps on his gums right at the back of his mouth - i just hope that's what the problem is, & that it won't be too long before some teeth appear.
SL i doubt if any night nanny in the world could crack these milk-fiend babes (mary poppins maybe?!!), tho aloha's article made me SO tempted to try & find one....

oh yes, but it's perhaps a start. it at least means that maybe in the not too distant future dh will be able to do more settling and you;ll be able to do some more sleeping????

btw have you tried osteopathy?

starlover · 07/03/2006 20:20

I was waiting for the new thread to appear last night. I then thought you were either pacing the room with ds or had fallen asleep with him. Smile

DD was restless again last night. Crawling all over the bed and i have dd1 in with me too when dp is away as i daren't leave her in her room alone and close my door and my biggest fear when dp is away involves the door being open. She is full of cold and has snored VERY loudly for 2 nights too. Don't know what i'm running on!
