Anna too is on her feet with her walker, not so much with holding hands but she can whizz about rightly.

jane I noticed you were casting aspirations on my cooking ability earlier this weekend , don't desert me and move over to the cookers and bakers.

Sarah Milican was really really good last night. Wasn't really in the mood for it after work but really enjoyed it, very funny. Work tomorrow , then off to the open day for Olivias prospective primary school for next September. When did my babies get so big?

A has been very vocal today, lots of cute talking, she is also kneeling up very well and sitting on her own woo! Def no standing or walking though.

deb I can assure you I don't have a life everytime I try and use the laptop A crawls over to me and tries to "type" if I'm sat on the floor, or cries and wants to pull herself up to me to "type" if I'm sat on settee, its very annoying cute

debka My truffles are yum, I rolled them in some chopped hazelnuts and coconut. Although dh isn't too keen, he doesn't like dark chocolate. Can you make them with milk chocolate?

Back to work tomorrow for me too . Frankly I can not be bothered looking after other people's children- had a bad weekend, but im sure i will be fine.

deb sssshhhhhhhh, don't shout about the cake mix . I admit I was disappointed with it as I thought it had the marzipan/icing included in it - it doesn't . House smells lovely yes. Can I regain my halo by that I cooked DH a mushroom and chestnut steamed pie for diner?

Re babies standing up - alice loves a bit of standing - has one of those push along walkers she tries to walk using and will walk holding my hands looking so proud. Earlier on she stood on her own for only a few seconds and giggled with how excited she was with herself [proud] .

Wandering no its week 4 now, which means that the novelty has worn off a bit! But it is going well and more importantly A seems to enjoy nursery, she's settled in and I don't worry about her in the day, alhough sometimes I find myself thinking "aww I miss her, I wonder what she's doing?!" Its still lovely picking her up at 4.30 though

Thanks girls, I think it's a combination of the come down after the wedding and just plain old missing her so much. On Friday she will be gone longer than she existed. In asda today I spotted a book called Zoe and the beans and it kinda threw me, I was sobbing in the aisles. I think Xmas will be ok, like most things, the run up to it will be worse (hopefully). I so want to be pregnant again soon to hold my own screaming baby and to bring her/him home.

sorry i've not been on for a week, it has been manic.
Tom's birthday was fab. He had the biggest smile ear to ear the whole day. He starts nursery tomorrow. I cannot believe my baby boy is going to school, even though it's only 15hrs a week, he has never been away from me for longer than an hour or two the whole time, if he's not been with me he's been with his dad. He's such a happy, confident and charming little boy that i know he'll be fine.

On toms birthday(wed) my boiler went bang and i've still got no hot water or heating. Starting to get a bit pissed off that i have to sit here and shiver.

Still no movement from freya though the physio said not to expect her too. I keep willing her to crawl. She definatley now says mama, dada, nana and tata. She also signs for milk and food. Still no word on when i can expect an appt other than maybe the middle of dec. Will be on to the consultants in the morning again.

Hope all babies sleep well tonight.

So sorry Jane. Been away for a few days so not had chance to catch up yet, just wanted to send you hugs and remind you how strong you are. xxx

Glad Tom had a great birthday and that Freya is being a delight. Hope consultant goes well tomorrow.

finally been told freya has an appt sat for her xray. Still not got a time but at least i know we'll find out if i need to worry or not by the end of the week

Hubbard, am so pleased Freya has an appointment Saturday, as Reastie said, all your hassling paid off, tho you shouldn't have had to do it!!

Bored of working now...want to be at home with my babies. Had to meet mil in Bristol yesterday to 'give; her Ben so he could stay the night, and i could go to a memorial service for my Grampy. Ben kicked and screamed cos he didn't want to leave me. I walked away listening to him screaming 'Mummy, mummy', and cried all the way back to my car!

wiggles I want to watch Bridesmaids but they don't have it on Lovefilm! everyone says how funny it is.

I need to update pics of L on my profile but I can't do it from my phone and DH moans at me for going on the computer as I have a tendency to break it .

L's been a right pain in the neck this morning! I don't know what's wrong with her, she whinges constantly unless she's being played with or cuddled. She has a fiery temper too! Tried to put her in her high hair before and she did the kicking and arching her back thing and screamed. She shuts up straight away as soon as she's in my arms and looks all smug!

L is busy chucking cheerios all over MIL's kitchen while I'm MNing and everyone else is still in bed. He's still jetlagged and not sleeping well at night, seems to wake and not know where he is. DH put him in the buggy and pushed him around for a half hour at 4am last night until he fell asleep. He was OK on the 11 hour flight, we found a bit of space for him to crawl around but he spent 2/3 of it sleeping or being rocked to sleep.

hubbard - glad Freya has an appointment and Tom had a lovely birthday. Can't believe you've been left without heating or hot water so long.

jane - I think you can make truffles with any type of chocolate, you can also infuse the cream with other flavours (I made some Earl Grey truffles, they were fab). No one can blame you for having a wobble about Zoe. I'm sure Zoe will have a little brother or sister soon.

Have already had a Wispa Gold for breakfast. AIBU to also have pumpkin pie?
