Ty Well done to DD!!!

Mock You can hire a christmas tree!?!?!?

HJ I love getting new socks and pants for christmas, its the best bit! MIL normally gets the good pants from M & S as well unlikemyprimarniones.

Hofun Did you get any bumgenius? How are you getting on with them? Ours are starting to look really tired at the moment, I'm not really that impressed.

GoodMocKingWenceslas · 05/12/2011 21:37

Trib Yup Xmas Grin

I can imagine you'd be hacked off with the bumgenius if you want to have more children and was expecting them to last.

Just found this...www.graze.com/health

Sounds quite nice.

TysTheSeasonToBeJolly · 05/12/2011 22:17

Hi, cheers Xmas Grin
As some of you may of seen, I crashed my car last night. Dc and dh with me in the car. Car is in the garage and almost fixed thank God :) Scary though! Ds and dd were crying there little hearts out! :( All ok now though apart from I feel a little sicky still Xmas Hmm
Just got back from visiting santa, mil took us. Ds was brilliant but dd screamed at santa and spent the time crying...alot! Xmas Grin
Santa fucked me off though as he completely ignored Dd even though we had paid for her to see him too. She is not even in the photo Xmas Sad
Hope everyone are well :)

HoHoHoFunIntended · 05/12/2011 23:10

Ty, how dreadful and scary, I am so glad you are all ok though. Could have been worse.
What a bad Santa you met. I would not be impressed at all.

Trib, I have a couple of BGs, but they are not my favourite, and I only resort to them if the rest aren't dry. TotsBots have been the best, for us. And my bespoke Holden's.

GoodMocKingWenceslas · 06/12/2011 07:36

Ty That must have been horrible for you. I would think the feeling sicky still will probably be down to the feeling you have of what if it al had gone wrong. I am so glad you all got out in one piece.

Sounds like your DD wouldn't have wanted attention from Santa anyway!

TysTheSeasonToBeJolly · 06/12/2011 11:01

True mock! She liked the train ride and her pressie :)

HarrietJones · 06/12/2011 12:04

Been to Xmas party at toddlers today. Dd3 not happy as the prams weren't out & there was party food instead of biscuits! Spent a lot of it n my knee.

NoHunIntended · 06/12/2011 17:16

What do you mean, the prams weren't out?

HarrietJones · 06/12/2011 18:37

She likes to push the dolly prams up & down! For at least half the time! She's one of the smallest so I think it gives her power against bigger kids too.

HoHoHoFunIntended · 06/12/2011 18:41

Aw! Cute!

TribbleTrappedinTinsel · 06/12/2011 21:13

HJ LOL at mad buggy DD!!

Ty Oh you poor thing!!! I'm so pleased you're ok.

DS seems to be getting a lot better, he was all kinds of lovely today and kept trying to take my ipod off of me to play with the twinkly music app. He loves that thing.

I've been back to my occy health people, the lead therapist I've been speaking to was sort of encouraging but not as much as I would have liked her to be. I'm still being supervised a bit at the moment, but I really want to be doing my own stuff. I'm starting to get frustrated now.

floozietoozie · 08/12/2011 22:53

Ty, hope the sickie feeling has gone and glad you are all ok. horrible experience.

Ooh, ooh, ooh, HoFun, I've just bought a Tot Bots Cherrylicious to see what they are like, which arrived today. I'm looking forward to trying it out tomorrow. They seem incredibly light, and hard to believe they can really be very absorbent, but the reviews were very good.

HoHoHoFunIntended · 09/12/2011 00:39

They are great for absorbency, I really rate them. I'd like to indulge in one of the festive prints, but going to be good and save our money. Let us know what you think.

TysTheSeasonToBeJolly · 09/12/2011 11:29

We all feel fine now thanks, car is back on the road and I am much more terrified careful when going around roundabouts! Xmas Grin

HoHoHoFunIntended · 10/12/2011 14:50

Glad you are ok. Frightening stuff!

HarrietJones · 11/12/2011 07:39

V stressed here. Busy time running around with kids. I've a case looking v dodgy at work & my mum is boiling over with stresss after they released my grandad from hospital on Friday. Trying to help but not got a lot of time/ energy left.

GoodMocKingWenceslas · 11/12/2011 10:15

Its times like that you just have to think this shall pass HJ and do the best you can. Brew and Biscuit for you.

DD is now walking everywhere, absolutely no crawling. Xmas Smile DH is hopefully home on Saturday for 2 weeks! Can't wait...great birthday present Xmas Grin.

TysTheSeasonToBeJolly · 11/12/2011 11:04

HJ sounds difficult :(
Mock how cute at all the walking, dd is half there, just needs to balance and take a step :o

tiredfeet · 12/12/2011 18:43

Wow at straight to walking mock bet she"s loving suddenly being able to move around Grin

Waiting at station in the cold and rain, makes me want to emigrate! Did a late finish at work and regretting it now, just want to be home cuddling ds

Sorry about all the stresses hj

ty glad you're all ok!

We gave ds his main christmas present early (a mega bloks dumper truck) so we wouldn't have to take it north, but he loves it so much he carries it round the house all day long, so at this rate we're going to have to take it north anyway...

TribbleTrappedinTinsel · 13/12/2011 15:59

Hello!!!!

Mock Well done to DD!!

Floozie I love my tots bots, they're actually a really good nappy and seriously after a year of usage they're still looking really good. If any of you like nappy wraps, theres a give away at fill your pants at the moment for a gen y wrap. We have a few of them and really like them.

HJ Hope you're ok.

HoHoHoFunIntended · 13/12/2011 17:22

Gosh, HJ, you have a lot on your plate. Thinking of you.

Mock, bet you can't wait to have that DH of yours back. Enjoy!

tf, mmm, baby cuddles. DS is so snuggly at the moment, I love it, he is so affectionate, I feel so lucky.

Trib, I like your festive namechange! Xmas Smile

SpringFlowers · 13/12/2011 22:10

Hello everyone! I have been very slow at reading and posting recently. Full time work and three children is quite demanding and I seem to end up with very little time to call my own. I hope everyone is all set up for Christmas and looking forward to it, I shall be very glad when we finish school on Friday and I can finally think about some Christmas shopping!

I'll try to read more regularly from now on...am just going to read back over the past few pages...

HarrietJones · 14/12/2011 17:46

Shit day at work. Cried when dh phoned me at work & cried on the way home. I'm not tough enough for this work. Fed up of feeling useless.

HoHoHoFunIntended · 14/12/2011 19:09

Oh bless you, HJ, you are doing a great job, and I bet you are far from useless. Hope you feel better now you are home. But if it really is getting to you constantly, perhaps you need to review what you are doing, is there something less tough you can move into?
