I'll post some pics but how do I start an album???

Bit quiet this end. I'm feeling crap & the boys aren't doing much! Ollys started saying thank you, in his own little way. To anyone else its just babble but its the same 2 noises every time so a definate thankyou!

Debs75 · 11/09/2011 10:35

MammyG I am trying to do that now on facebook and it is taking me ages. If I get these uploaded I will try and add some to the group

lumpylumps · 11/09/2011 19:49

Right, well I've tried to do an album! I hope its worked! its here One year on

What do your los sleep in?? I've just ordered Olly the next size up babygrows cos he's growing out of his & there weren't any in the next bag of tobys hand me downs! He's going into 9-12mths. I dug out tobys photo album & realised that its because he went into pjs around now!!! Its never occurred to me to go into pjs! Ollys still such a baby! He's growing up a lot slower than toby did and i find that i'm not willing him to do things as fast!

cinnamongreyhound · 11/09/2011 22:36

It worked lumpylumps, added my photos to it too. Will post more later, very emotional about birthday party and my big boy staying at school for lunch tomorrow so off to bed.

MammyG · 11/09/2011 23:17

Cool - will have to get ready for our one year on! Phoebes first tooth cut today! Just a tiny bump but its there! and she has started semi-crawling! She really is gearing up to her first birthday!
Head killing me today - off to my cot now!

Debs75 · 12/09/2011 15:01

Lumpy Lucy still has babygros and she is in 9-12m. I have washed all dd2's 12-18m but they are huge on Lucy so they are ready and waiting for her to grow a bit.
we now have 5 teeth and she is copying our words, well trying to so we might get a proper word soon

cinnamongreyhound · 12/09/2011 17:08

These were ds1's first pyjamas and by the date of the picture he was 19 months lumpylumps (they were size 2-3 though). I just always thought that pyjamams roll up and must be very uncomfortable if he didn't need to wear them but the biggest sleepsuits I could find were 2-3 and they were too small. Luke's just gone into 12-18m sleepsuits but they are huge on him!

My new baby started today and she and Luke ran rings around me this morning, into everything and I'm knackered! I had to pick ds1 up at 1.30 taking the two babies with me and meeting my three year old there and then getting her and ds1 to walk home, then go back again with 3 of them at 3 o'clock for my big ones, what a day. Still ds1 had a successful first lunchtime at school and wasn't too grumpy when he came out. Birthday tomorrow, I am excited and :( about it but it's here whatever I feel so best to enjoy Grin

newmum001 · 12/09/2011 19:05

Eeek happy birthday luke for tomorrow! It's graces on wednesday and I'm really really excited for it. Feel a little emotional but not exactly sad!

Grace seems to have dropped a nap, I'm bloody knackered! She fought her morning sleep all weekend and again today so she ended up having a nap 11-1, I thought she'd be exhausted by tea time but she coped really well!

lumpylumps · 12/09/2011 19:08

Well, Ollys new 9-12mth baby grows have come today! They fit ds1!!!!!!!!! When I actually checked the size he was in they're 3-6 mths! Gonna have to change them!

Cinnamon glad today was a success. I know what you mean about lukes birthday. I was the same with ollys. Can't stop it!!!

comixminx · 12/09/2011 21:28

Aphra's still in babygros for sleeping and I expect she'll be in them for quite a while to come. newmum, we think that Aphra might be starting to drop a nap too, boo hiss as this means we get less time to tidy up & generally catch up when looking after her!

friggFRIGG · 12/09/2011 21:35

Arlo's is in 12-18 mths babygrows,if they're the footless kind...otherwise they're a bit long still...
even DD wears babygrows at night sometimes, and she's 3!
i just think they're comfy!

cinnamongreyhound · 12/09/2011 21:48

Luke dropped his a while ago newmum001, he sleeps 11ish if we're home such an annoying time as he wakes up starving! I tried to keep him awake today as ds1 finished school at 1.30 and didn't want to disturb him but he fell asleep at 12.15 eating lunch, poor little man.

cinnamongreyhound · 13/09/2011 07:07

Happy birthday to Lucy and Charlotte if Bellabelly is lurking somewhere!

Debs75 · 13/09/2011 08:13

Happy birthday Luke Lucy and Charlotte.

Phew that was a lot on one day!

Thankfully Lucy still likes 2-3 naps a day. DD2 dropped her morning one by 6m and then her afternoon one by 18m, unless we were in the car. She was exhausting and she would be really upset if you tried to get her to nap. Lucy gets up at 8ish, naps at 10, again at 3 and sneaks one in either after tea or at 8.30. The 8.30 one should be when I put her to bed but she woul wake dd2 so she stays down with us until she is really tired and I put her up usually about 10pm

newmum001 · 13/09/2011 09:11

Happy birthday luke, lucy and charlotte! Grace slept from 7pm till 7.30am, she's never slept in that late since she's been going to bed at 7! she's learnt how to climb on the sofa and this morning fell right over the side before I could catch her. She didn't hurt herself but was so shocked she cried for ages!

mapletrees · 13/09/2011 10:38

Happy birthday Luke, Lucy and Charlotte!

mapletrees · 13/09/2011 10:53

Haven't posted for a few days as my darling son has buggered the keyboard on my laptop Angry. Guess it's my own fault for letting him "type". But it makes him so happy...

We've had another busy weekend. It was our good friends' wedding, and we also had some other friends to stay for a couple of nights. Luckily Louis was on good form and kept quiet during the ceremony (DP was a witness and they wanted us to sit right at the front) and then had a great time chasing after the big kids at the reception. It was a really lovely day, but I'm quite looking forward to a few weeks with not much on though...

beaditAli · 13/09/2011 12:41

Happy Birthday Luke, Lucy and Charlotte xxx
So exciting all these birthdays! I've just been to Tesco to buy a heap of cake making stuff..... most of which I probably don't need.... given that i've only ever made one cake before it'll be pants and totally inedible! Blush Blush I am cack in the kitchen Sad
Going to attempt something space themed even tho he'll have a day off from his space helmet!! Grin

On the sleep topic: Jack went for about 2 weeks a while ago with just 40 mins nap between 7pm and 7am and I was so shocked but now he's napping twice a day again..... an hour at 10am ish and then again at 3pm ish. He's so close to walking now too Grin He goes on for ages pushing his little cart along.

He woke sobbing his heart out this morning then I realised he'd fallen and had a fat lip Sad also he must have landed pretty hard as he's got another water blister on his forehead that he got once before from whacking his head with his helmet on. Strangely tho we had his check up today so he got the ok and has grown 3mm on his flat spot in 4 weeks! Grin
I'm sure he fell cos he's in his sleeping bag and when he goes to stand up in it he can't get upright properly so topples over. Thinking about cutting it along the bottom so his feet are free.
Am really Confused about sleep wear/layers when he's still in his helmet at night. Sad

My baby is one tomorrow!!! I'm strangly excited but I bet I cry when I go and get her in the morning! I still remember the day I had her so clearly, (don't remember much after about 3pm, god bless you gas and air :) ) but the excitement in the morning when I knew it was happening finally and getting my bag (packed full of stuff I was told to take yet didn't need over half of it) and going to the hospital! Eeek I'm gonna cry now!

Cinnamon, hope luke had a lovely birthday :)

lumpylumps · 13/09/2011 20:30

Happy birthday Luke, Lucy & Charlotte

patito · 13/09/2011 21:09

Well, both kids safely packed up in bed now, will try and get down to writing a bit and catching up. Well there´s no way Im gonna catch up all thats been going up over the last few weeks so hopefully its all been good stuff, Im sure Ill pick it all up soon enough.

Maia was 1 on the first, we had a lovely day, just the four of us for lunch and then I took her and DS down to the beach for the afternoon and we were there till 8pm, just playing and splashing about in the water. I did a cheesecake as DS doesn´t like spongecake, and then he decorated it with smarties.

She can almost walk now, she´ll take a few steps alone but then falls on her bum, she´s got 6 teeth and no hair. She can say a few words, Hola, bye bye and night night all with a little wave and then tonight as I popped the plate in the sink she said "all gone"!!!!! (I always say "all gone after she´s finished")

patito · 13/09/2011 21:13

Maia´s just started to be sick again, will check in again tomorrow.

night x

sassy34264 · 13/09/2011 21:26

happy birthday to luke, charlotte and lucy.
happy birthday tomorrow for grace.

mine are still in sleepsuits (i love them) jacob is completely filling his 6-9months now and i am going to buy the 9-12months next time im at tesco. isobel has grown quite rapidly and no longer looks tiny next to jacob. she is in 6-9months but the feet are flapping about!

ive been busy getting ready for the new baby in the last few days. i think i may have had a show today as well, so i need to double my efforts for the next week i think. we went and bought a new car on sat and dp picked it up today. we went for the 2009 zafria. so we will be able to bring everyone home from the hospital in one go now. i have a cot, but need a new mattress. i have given dp all the newborn and 0-3months vests and sleepsuits to wash while he's in Bath and im going to sell the boy nursery furniture my mum bought me last year as it takes up too much room in a bedroom for 3 babies. will just get a big adult wardrobe and chest of drawers instead.
i also need to get some button fronted nighties and pack everything in a bag! cot needs putting together and a new mattress ordering. god this baby is coming to chaos.
i bet this is bringing back memories. it was only 2mins ago, we were all posting about this. ive had so many aches and twinges im beginning to wonder if something is going on. ive got a hospital appointment tomorrow and a scan, so i guess i'll soon know.

sassy34264 · 13/09/2011 21:29

welcome back patio
hope maia is better soon. x
