Voted Lib/Dem for both local and general Election.

Was 4 other people in there, 2 more going in as I went out.

I had all 4 kids with me and we jumped in all the puddles on the way home.

I really want Labour OUT!

I voted! And I was very excited to see we had a candidate for the Undead Citizens Rights and Equality party.

NomDePlume · 06/05/2010 17:02

yup, did it before school pick up at 3pm. Was planning to go before work this morning at 7.15 but ran out of time.

voteanythingbutBNPplease · 06/05/2010 17:05

Done - And have to admit I had a little "proud of my country" moment. seeing people going to vote, everybody being allowed to, no violence, intimidation, no worrying about being attacked etc...made me be very proud to live in a democracy. Even though I can't bear the thought of extremist parties getting any votes, I do love the fact that this is a safe country where everyone has a right to their views (however abhorrent they are).
Anyway, it is very rare for me to feel proud of stuff so I'll stop rambling now...

Alouiseg · 06/05/2010 17:07

fruitshootsandheaves · 06/05/2010 17:13

I voted for everyone on my paper to make it fair

poppyknot · 06/05/2010 17:18

Done. Reminded DDs that they weren't to shout "Did you vote for xxxxx?".

They were very good. DD2 was troubled by the fact that the pencil-on-a-bit-of-string was not actually attached to the booth.
