There have been rumours about this on social media since last night.

I'm always very sceptical of these rumours that [insert extremely famous person] has already died and the mainstream media just hasn't reported it yet. There were a few of these rumours about Prince Philip and the Queen. Why would the media keep quiet about it? Although the Queen's death wasn't announced for a few hours, the media gave blanket coverage to speculation of her condition in the run-up.

Anyway, as others have said - Vance is, if anything, even worse than Trump.

Im not sure. JD doesn’t have any substance; he doesn’t have any values, ideas or experiences. He’ll go along with whatever, but I don’t believe he has a grand plan. For now at least, he needs a leader to follow. Otherwise what is JD, really?

Quick search and the reason the dumb story is there is because the flag at the at the White House was flying at half mast which could be for many reasons and claims that he wasn’t at the cabinet meeting which is fake.

The cabinet meeting was actually show live unlike Biden that we never saw in a cabinet meeting because Jill Biden ran the show.
