Unfortunately in war time there is war. It's a mess and every resource has to be thrown at it.

Ukraine is a buffer between Europe and Russia by this point. We all learnt in history class the gross mistake that acquiescing in the face of Hitler was. History shows beyond any shadow of a doubt that Putin sees compromise and immediately exploits it.

The simple truth is Russia invaded Ukraine. This isn't a war. It's an invasion. It's like a disease spreading throughout someone's body. You have to fight back. There's no choice. Sad but true.

Bloody this! We followed them, as did Australia, into the Iraq war which was essentially revenge for 9/11, because they convinced us it was for the sake of global peace. Maybe we should ask them for the money back? Get Trump to endlessly thank us for laying down the lives of OUR soldiers and spending OUR tax pounds backing them?

Trump and Vance are such bullies. Zelensky spoke very well. But it looks like media in white house is prescreened by Trump's team. One reporter said Zelensky didnt respect white house by not wearing a suit, another journalist praised Trump for his morals. Trump said deal is more important than security for Ukraine.
I am upset that BBC reporter decribed it as Trump, Vance and Zelensky raising their voice, when in reality Zelensky was answering questions calmly despite being bullied and yelled at by Trump and Vance.
Not sure why BBC couldn't be honest about the reporting. Is it the fear of Trump?
