Are we surprised to hear that the Orange Tyrant may be a Russian agent?

Ex-Soviet spy makes sensational KGB claim about Trump

Not an agent. They have dirt on him so he does what they say.

Nobody is suggesting that the KGB were stupid enough to trust him with any information. 🤣

They encouraged him to go into politics because they knew his ego would like that. They bankrolled it, seeing where it might go.

Americans were dumb enough to vote for it, twice! Despite all the evidence already there the first time.

Now the chips are being called in and the puppet oliges.

And likely Farage too, be careful voters…

I mean…

I’d like to think he’s been hacked, I didn’t think anything he did would shock me, but fuck me…

Holy shit

ChaToilLeam · 26/02/2025 13:55

Spy, no. He’s vain, not too smart, a blabbermouth and altogether too much of a loose cannon.

But “kompromat”? It’s looking more and more likely. They’ve made a very useful puppet out of him.

HowardTJMoon · 26/02/2025 14:11

No, if Trump was acting in Russia's best interests we'd see him calling Zelensky a dictator but dancing around the question of whether he sees Putin as a dictator too...

...oh

TheCastleDoesNotReply · 27/02/2025 00:04

It will be interesting, for sure, to see what will happen to him once he has no further use as an "asset". With this in mind, I expect him shortly to make moves to try to change the US constitution (this will take time, but he'll meed things to settle down a bit first so perhaps next year) so that he can remain as President for longer. Perhaps make a spurious argument about how because his two terms weren't consecutive he should have another. Or perhaps try to install another family member as the next one to circumvent it, another puppet like Don Jr., with Russian bankrolling and associated kompromat.

We shall see.

Breezeblock · 27/02/2025 00:09

I can’t imagine he’s not scared of Putin.

Zoopet · 04/03/2025 09:24

So here we have it confirmed for the western world.
Trump by his actions today, refusing to help his former allies supporting Ukraine against Russia and imposing tariffs on Canada , China and Mexico has underlined his true allegiance to Russia.
Putin must be rubbing his hands with glee that he has achieved his objective of planting a Russian sympathiser and his cronies in the White House at the very top level.
Can only speculate that Russia and America intend to carve up the countries between them going forward.
I wonder which countries Putin will "allow" Trump to take?
Today is a very dark day for the West.
R.I.P United States of America- your new title is little Russia. 😒

Trump?
He has no reason to fear his boss

He doesn't have the discretion or intelligence. I believe Putin is responsible for putting him in power and Trump has handed over Ukraine and promised to get the sanctions lifted. Putin and his orange poodle have destabilised the West. It's quite the coup.

NATO help install a pro-West president in Ukraine.
Putin responds by installing his Manchurian Candidate in the White House.
Never play chess with a Russian.

Interesting parallels with Ernest Lundeen who I had never heard of before rabbit hole-ing today.

Of course Trump has reason to fear Putin!
Either Putin has some dirt on Trump that might be revealed. Or Putin is funneling money to Trump, which might stop. Or Putin might decide that Trump should fall out of a window.

TheDevilWearPrimarni · 10/03/2025 11:20

@MsAmerica
Trump should also avoid a polonium flavoured cup of tea once he's no longer useful to Putin.

Somethingthecatdraggedin7 · 10/03/2025 11:43

Google Russiagate from trump’s first election victory. There was definitely russian interference as was later proved by the FBI investigation and US special counsel Mueller report.
Putin ordered his agents to carry out “Project Lathka” to get trump elected.
The russians are well known for their skilful infiltration of social media, hacking etc.
Numerous russians and amercians including some in trump’s closest campaign circle were found guilty and prosecuted but there was insufficient evidence to prove trump himself was involved.
Of course we all know he gets underlings to take all the risks (as per the Stormy Daniels hush money and the intimidation of electoral official Ruby Freeman ) so this is just business as usual for him.
Ask yourself why putin wants trump in power and then look how trump is reversing decades of foreign policy in putin’s favour.
Trump wants power at any price for the sake of his gigantic ego and insatiable greed.
The first trump election result was far from certain so he made a deal with putin. Putin now controls trump.

Petuniaspetal · 10/03/2025 13:15

The main reasons i would be surprised if he was, is that the big orange blob is a loud mouth boastful ( often misplaced) idiot. I would imagine the Ruskies would have standards when it came to Russian assets ..and as far as I can see trump hasn't any.

TooBigForMyBoots · 10/03/2025 13:18

Maybe they just haven't told him.🙈

MushMonster · 10/03/2025 13:24

I am not convinced of this at all. I mean Trump is very much behaving how Russia can not even dream! But how could they get Trump all the way to President without the secret service intervening, if that was the case? Or plainly taking him down, cornering him in an office... if this was the case?
I cannot fanthom a world where the US secret service and military allows for their head of state to be the puppet of any other regime.
I think Trump just simply and plainly and loudly loves Putin. And market chaos! What we should really be doing is watching closely where Trump's family, business and allies and government funds he may have control over are investing. Because someone is profitering from all this stock market drama and Trump will not be far away from them. He is not stupid, that is for sure.

Russia hacked hilary clinton, spread misinformation and stirred unrest all in trump’s favour. The report was not concluded until 2019 by which time trump was president. He was then in a position of enormous power to interfere with the consequences.
We know what happens to those who defy trump either from his own public vitriol encouraging his maga mob to violence or from shady manipulations behind the scenes.
There aren’t many people who want to risk his wrath when it can end your career or even risk your life or the lives of your family.
He may not be poisoning his enemies but he is on the same path.
Organising any serious resistance to trump is very dangerous. I really hope that sane americans in positions of power can find the courage.

Edited

I do know about Reality Winner and the report.
I just cannot comprehend that any individual could possibly make it to yhe top with their own intelligence and armed forces knowing he was a foreign asset. It is not for individuals within the CIA or army, but for the organisations themselves. It only takes them to make it public.

Somethingthecatdraggedin7 · 10/03/2025 22:31

@MushMonster the thing is that organisations are made up of individuals. If those people in leadership roles are too afraid of consequences then nothing will be done.

TooBigForMyBoots · 10/03/2025 13:18

Maybe they just haven't told him.🙈

This, I'm certain, is correct. I seriously doubt he understands that he's a Russian asset. He will have just been flattered/coerced into sharing info with his friend Putin.

TankFlyBossW4lk · 11/03/2025 02:10

The thing I'm struggling with is why Europe and particularly Ukraine are behaving like the US isn't the enemy now. Is this because we're desperate for Starlink not to be turned off? Isn't that what's now going to happen without a doubt. The orange menace has withdrawn intel, stopped funding and is trying to swindle Ukraine's minerals. What's the point of Zelensky going to Saudi? DT is definitely Krasnov.

Trump should also avoid a polonium flavoured cup of tea once he's no longer useful to Putin.

Luckily for Trump, his diet seems to be mostly McDonald's fast food and Diet Pepsi. Apparently he has long been paranoid about food poisoning. Also, he's too uncultured to appreciate good food, I suspect.
