"I don't believe Putin was significant at all."

You have evidence the CIA and other agencies aren't party to? You'd better get in touch with them quick.

Roussette · 17/12/2016 13:53

When I say I have no need to defend myself, I mean I shall not be outing myself on a public forum telling you exactly what I do as far as helping others, including women. No need. I know I do it.

Missswatch · 17/12/2016 13:56

Just like I wont Roussette. Liberals love to harrass people and dox them and generally stop good work being done by people so I best not out myself either

I know I do it too

InformalRoman · 17/12/2016 13:57

nobody pulls his strings

Funny that Trump has nominated 6 people for his administration that between them donated almost $12 million to his campaign.

Pay for play at its best.

"EXCLUSIVE: Ex-British ambassador who is now a WikiLeaks operative claims Russia did NOT provide Clinton emails - they were handed over to him at a D.C. park by an intermediary for 'disgusted' Democratic whistleblowers

Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and associate of Julian Assange, told the Dailymail.com he flew to Washington, D.C. for emails
He claims he had a clandestine hand-off in a wooded area near American University with one of the email sources
The leakers' motivation was 'disgust at the corruption of the Clinton Foundation and the 'tilting of the primary election playing field against Bernie Sanders'
Murray says: 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks'
Regardless of whether the Russians hacked into the DNC, the documents Wikileaks published did not come from that,' Murray insists"

'You have evidence the CIA and other agencies aren't party to? You'd better get in touch with them quick.'

How can some Russian influence how individual american's chose to vote. It doesn't make sense. The Americans went to the polling booth and voted - how did Putin contaminate that process?

Roussette · 17/12/2016 14:00

maybe I'm mistaken missss but I thought you'd talked about what you do and I'd rather you just stopped whining about it TBH.

Missswatch · 17/12/2016 14:01

Inkanta that hacker 4chan can do anything Wink

Missswatch · 17/12/2016 14:02

Yes Roussette but not in great detail. I'll provide cheese with your wine if you want :)

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 14:05

Trump has said he is against any hacking, by the Russians, Chinese or a 400lb teenager in a bedroom. He just doesn't believe the Russians did it.

Obviously. Because he knows that he can't alienate Putin, his puppet-master. But if he were really presidential, he would have acknowledged the multiple sources of evidence which really cannot be explained away by a nut job conspiracy theory, and made it very clear to Putin that if he has been interfering he is going to see big, big trouble.

Roussette · 17/12/2016 14:07

I'm refraining for now but no idea how long I can keep it up misss

claig · 17/12/2016 14:07

'Because he knows that he can't alienate Putin, his puppet-master. '

Of course he can. He represents the United States. He can do whatever he wants. Russia is no match for the United States and they know it. Trump is in charge and no one pulls his strings.

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 14:09

Whining doesn't count as helping Deepan

Indeed, Misss, and that is of course the only contribution you claim to have made. I, on the other hand, have for many years been involved in active work to help women, a fact that you seem desperate to ignore because it's too inconvenient for you.

Inkanta · 17/12/2016 14:10

'if he has been interfering he is going to see big, big trouble.'

What is supposed to be the nature of this interference? What does it look like - do you know? Was it propaganda? Threats of war if Clinton got in or something ..??

claig · 17/12/2016 14:11

Trump told the elites "America is back". "America First". That is why they are so panicked and the Guardian's best and brightests are in meltdown as their spin has turned stale.

Pro tip Roussette. If you cannot take it then don't give it out. That'll be all I think. Onwards with the debate

Inkata has a point. Individuals went to the voting station and cast their own vote. Where was the Russian intervention?

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 14:11

So why is he so desperate to brown-nose Putin, then, claig? And why be so quick to write off all the evidence from multiple sources of what Putin has been up to? The Presidential thing to do would be to take time to evaluate it, but his immediate dismissal of it sounds very much like panic.

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 14:12

Inkanta, if you don't know how the Russians have tried to interfere in the US elections, I can only suggest you go and read some newspapers.

Roussette · 17/12/2016 14:13

Pro tip Roussette. If you cannot take it then don't give it out. That'll be all I think. Onwards with the debate

Eh? No idea what you're on about, not sure where I haven't been able to 'take it'. Suggest you stop swigging the cooking sherry and nibble some cheese Smile

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 14:14

Are people really so naive that they think the allegation is that Russians tried to interfere at the polling booths?

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 14:15

That'll be all I think.

The classic attempted shut-down of the person who can't "take it" and knows they have no sustainable arguments.

Lweji · 17/12/2016 14:17

For those asking where is the Russian intervention:

It's being investigated if the hacking of the DNC and RNC with release only of emails from the DNC was at the order indeed of the Russian top brass, aka Putin.
And because it was clear to all how the emails damaged Hillary's campaign.
Plus, just the attempt at messing with the election and hacking is bad enough.

Inkanta · 17/12/2016 14:18

'Are people really so naive that they think the allegation is that Russians tried to interfere at the polling booths?'

No Deep you have misread me (and you're putting that cocky tone on that has got you in trouble before). Wink
