The Second Amendment is in the Constitution and is like a holy document that guarantees the rights of all American citizens. That can't be changed even though the elites would love to change it to circumscribe free speech and the Second Amendment, but the American people won't allow it to be changed easily and nor will Trump so the Second Amendment will remain as it has from when the United States was first formed.
