Alyosha - Yes, Ukraine wants to join the EU and we saw that about 2 yrs ago when they felt it was on the cards. It would be good for them but unfortunately most would want to come to Western/Northern Europe and that brings us back to the same problem - numbers.

Claig - Soros and the EU would love for Ukraine to be in the EU. For one, it would be right next door to Russia but part of another empire and secondly, Ukrainians at first would flock to our part of Europe for work and a better standard of living, but going the opposite way would be thousands of EU-MENA persons relocating and regrouping.

Nobody starts war for kicks. War is started for power and robbing of resources. The financial system is still on the precipice. No real growth for 8 years, debt still growing. Banks on precipice. EU banks in trouble. Renzi vote may start Euro collapse. Elites have no way out, have to rob Russian minerals and oil and start war as excuse for collapse and probable clampdown on freedom.

Elites may bring it down and blame Trump. Trump and Dr Ben Carson have said "America on the precipice". Elites have stitched America up and got it into huge debt, offshored its job, demated its productive industrial base, and debt level is very difficult to repay.
