new thread. :)

OP posts:

Trump supporters, ordinary Americans, decent hardworking Americans exercising their right to vote for change and to "make America great again" abused worldwide by the elites and their mainstream media.

Go Trumpsters! Nov 8th.

Lweji · 04/11/2016 16:31

Or maybe that's his honest opinion? Just a thought.

I think you understimate how heartbreaking it is for some (possibly many) how this campaign has been fought. And that's not in defence of any establishment or elites.

Certainly not a cause for celebration or for laughs.

But thanks for that clip. :)

Lweji · 04/11/2016 16:33

Did you see the clip where a black Trump supporter was evicted from a rally, because Trump immediately assumed he was a protester?
He just wanted to give him a letter.
And security told him that it was better for him to leave, regardless. Of course Trump shouldn't be seen to jump to conclusions about a black man in one of his rallies.
But even he assumed this black man was against him. It says a lot.

Lweji · 05/11/2016 07:36

As play on words go, this one is great:

“Let’s send an unmistakeable message that love. Trumps. Hate,”

Clinton finishes.

Grin
claig · 05/11/2016 07:45

That's an old one. Hillary fans at rallies have been carrying signs with "Love Trumps Hate" as well as signs saying "Killary" for a long time

Lweji · 05/11/2016 08:03

It may be old, but it's good. :)

The Guardian's Freedland is back. He's gone all PPE, he's gone overboard Oxbridge style. He is using PPE-ist rhetoric "abyss, "new age of darkness", "civilised order".

This is just like when Establishment Donald Dusk of the FU said that if we voted for Brexit it would be the "end of Western Civilization" rather than just the end of Cameron's political career.

The Establishment are on the edge of their seats, they are biting their nails. Freedland says

"nothing can soothe us now – except the right result. Until then, we have to chew our fingernails, hit refresh on the Real Clear Politics polling page and wait."

Expect some last minute desperate BBC Newsnight interviews before election day with interviewers with the most serious of faces, with shirts with Doh! written on them, warning of cataclysmic catastrophe and asking experts from the FU and the Robbers Bank if they are worried that a Trump victory will be "a new dark age" leading to the extinction of MPs' expenses and the end of the House of Commons subsidised bar.

Go Trumpsters!

"If Donald Trump wins, it’ll be a new age of darkness"

The lawsuit has been dropped

"Woman who accused Donald Trump of raping her at 13 drops lawsuit

A woman who had accused Donald Trump of raping her when she was a 13-year-old dropped her lawsuit against the Republican nominee on Friday.

One of the accuser’s attorneys, Thomas Meagher, filed a one-page voluntary dismissal in district court in New York late Friday. Neither he nor a second attorney listed immediately responded to questions about the document."

Lweji · 05/11/2016 09:08

People drop lawsuits for all sorts of reasons. Many times not related to the validity of their claims.
She said earlier that she was scared.

On another news, Ohio has issued an order to prevent voter harassment by Trump supporters.

www.theguardian.com/us-news/live/2016/nov/04/donald-trump-hillary-clinton-swing-states-election-2016-campaign-live

claig · 05/11/2016 09:33

"One of the accuser’s attorneys, Thomas Meagher, filed a one-page voluntary dismissal in district court in New York late Friday. Neither he nor a second attorney listed immediately responded to questions about the document."

You would think they would offer an explanation.

'Ohio has issued an order to prevent voter harassment by Trump supporters.'

You have to understand politics. Roger Stone has a "Stop the Steal" operation where people will conduct an exit poll, just as the media does, after people have voted because they want to know if there is a margin of more than 2% error from the exit polls and the results declared by the media.

Lweji · 05/11/2016 09:42

You have to understand politics.

That's funny.
You have to understand that politically affiliated pollsters near polling stations are threatening.

In that sense, where I live it can be more democratic. No campaign during and the day before elections and nothing a decent distance around polling stations. By law. To ensure voters are indeed free in their choice with no polling station pressure.

Still, how accurate will polls be that clearly identify with the Trump campaign? If they show a different result from the official numbers what does that mean? That people answered what they thought the pollsters wanted just to get rid of them? Or that it's mostly Trump voters who will accept to be surveyed and Hillary's will tell them to sod off?

I think it's going to be a landslide
Clintons going to be apoplectic

claig · 05/11/2016 09:52

Here is an article explaining what the Democratic Party case is against Roger Stone's "Stop the Steal" operation. Stone is not intimidating anyone, but here is what the Democrats are saying

"Ohio Democratic Party attorney Dawn Smalls argued in court “racially charged language” used by Trump and his surrogates was a call to action for his supporters to be “watchdogs at the polls.” She said Trump’s efforts to get people to sign up as “election observers” were worrisome and were “racially charged calls for actions by people who will act like vigilantes.”

Trump campaign attorney Chad Readler argued comments Trump has made during the campaign about the election being “rigged” and his concerns about voter fraud are protected political speech. There has been no evidence Trump supporters have tried to intimidate anyone during Ohio’s early voting period, during which 400,000 people have cast ballots."

www.cincinnati.com/story/news/politics/blogs/2016/11/04/restraining-order-issued-against-trump-campaign/93295124/

Stone says that the Democrats want to prevent him getting an accurate exit poll after people have voted and he wants that as part of the "Stop the Steal" operation.

Here is the key line

"There has been no evidence Trump supporters have tried to intimidate anyone during Ohio’s early voting period, during which 400,000 people have cast ballots."

claig · 05/11/2016 10:02

'Clintons going to be apoplectic'

If even a small fraction of what is being reported by some NYPD sources according to Breitbart and other non-ainstream media sites of what is in the 650,000 emails on Weiner's laptop are true, the fallout will be immense. That is why soe of the non-mainstream are saying that the elite are now desperate.

If Trump wins, it will be huge, the ramifications for the elite will be huge and for the entire media who covered for them too.

So as Assange said, he doesn't think Trump will be allowed to win and that he has nonoe of the establishment on his side.

So no one knows what will happen and if Trump can really make it. According to polls, key states are now tied

Colorado: tied
Michigan: tied
New Hampshire: tied
Nevada: tied
Pennsylvania: tied

The Guardian tied up in knots, biting their nails in panic. Elites in meltdown. People laughing.

WinchesterWoman · 05/11/2016 10:09

She has a frightful temper

claig · 05/11/2016 10:14

'She has a frightful temper'

Yes, according to reports of some secret service details who worked for her etc. But her temper won't save her, if some of the things said about these emails is true. Of course, there may be nothing to the emails. We will have to wait and see if Trump wins and what happens then.

WinchesterWoman · 05/11/2016 10:20

Apparently she blew her top after the Matt lauer question, big time

claig · 05/11/2016 10:24

'Apparently she blew her top after the Matt lauer question, big time'

Yes, I heard about that, but I am not sure that is true. I have seen no real confirmation of that. There are all sorts of dirty tricks from both sides (particularly the elite side and the mainstream media side obviously) but also by the other side, so you have to be sceptical about some of these reports (particularly the mainstream media, BBC and Guardian ones, obviously).

claig · 05/11/2016 10:27

If Trump wins, it will rock Establishments and the mainstream media worldwide. Just 3 days to go. Incredibile!

2016 - Brexit and then Trump will go down in history as the year the people won and the elites were on the run.

claig · 05/11/2016 10:42

They say "may you live in interesting times" as a joke, but this is real, this is historic, it doesn't get much more interesting than now.

There are only a few years in human history that shape world history

1776
1789
1966 (England won the World Cup)
2014 (UKIP's council election success)
2016 - Brexit and Trump

claig · 05/11/2016 10:45

The PPEs are losing the plot as usual and warning us that this will be a "new dark age". We will all see how their hysterical scaremongering was just an attempt to stop the next stage in human history - the vistory of the people over the elites.

Go Trumpsters! 2016 Let's make history!

claig · 05/11/2016 11:04

Boy are we going to miss the legendary Trump rallies and the historic Trump debates. Trump will have to be all "Presidential". We want Trump, "Let Trump be Trump".

There is no one like Trump. Go Trumpsters show the political class that the people are back!

"They've never seen anything like it"

fourmummy · 05/11/2016 11:13

Colorado-residing colleague said yesterday that Colorado has now gone Trump. His words, "She sold $80 billion of weaponry to the Saudis. What can possible go wrong?".

claig · 05/11/2016 11:15

Good news, fourmummy Grin
