Grateful for a morning walk!

I was just wondering if anyone practice gratitude in other ways? Journals? My friend is using videos and recording things daily which it think sounds lovely

Early mornings when all else in the house asleep.

The first light of dawn above the curtains, because no matter what is going on the earth keeps turning which is always reassuring.

The ability to make quick, cheap and easy meal that are still full of nutrition.

I say regular prayers of thanksgiving, llama. I'm always meaning to start a gratitude journal but I never get round to it

What a beautiful thread. I hope you don't mind if I join? Practicing daily gratitude is something I am working on. I will try and post in an evening usually I think and maybe set intentions in a morning.

For yesterday I am grateful for
Signs of new growth all around the garden.
Having the support of my lovely other half.
The smell of home made bread and freshly cut grass during the day, two of my favourite and most comforting smells.

Feeling like I did a good job today in work.
My funny colleague made me laugh.

Time to go for a lovely run with oldest dd yesterday evening.
Waking up to the sound of bird song.
Our lovely chickens that give us the most delicious eggs.

Grateful that the sun is shining today!

@Lessstressedhemum yes- i've also been hit and miss with gratitude journals. I have started recording videos on my phone e.g todays blue skies. Its really nice to look back on!

I took my littlest one on a dusk walk to see, and he was so happy to be out after dark.
