Hello!

DD got fab results so feeling very, very grateful. She will get onto all her courses - 2 A*, 3 A, 1 B and 1 C. Not bad given she's missed about 2.5 years thanks to cancer.

Very grateful for her teachers and the people who have supported her to get her to this point.

Ds2 has continued patience with ds4 and his wee friend.

Thank you, Kinky. I'm so relieved. He is so different from the rest of the children, he just seems to drift, you know, he never has any plans or goals and the only thing that he seems motivated to do is see his girlfriend. he has also been very difficult for the last couple of years - picking fights with everyone, shouting, swearing, not coming home until hours after his curfew, that sort of thing. So I am really hoping that college will give him a focus and help him find his feet. I think he has a big time middle child syndrome, but I don't know why because he has never been treated any differently.

Now I only have 2 to HE and they are both older (DS4 is almost a teen), so they take care of their own stuff most of the time

Back again and returning to work next week. Really hoping for a more balanced year and going to attempt to put my health first.

Had a lovely walk on the way home from a meeting. Stopped the car and just enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Was full of gratitude .

Another long walk this afternoon. Not as pretty, but certainly helps me feel better and positive about life.

I am grateful for the outdoors and plan to try and spend more time there over coming weeks.

A lovely morning outside, picking apples with DH and DS.
