Tilly thats brilliant, you can get a closer look at it on that website. Fingers crossed it looks like that when it arrives!

T42 - That was lovely what your mum did for you with the rose petals and the cones. Wish we had someone as thoughtful to arrange something like that for us. Might look on the net ands see if I can get something similar to use as confetti outside the registry office.

Really like the idea of bubbles for children and the corkscrews are brilliant.

LMG - I agree with T42 about the dress

LoveMyGirls · 20/07/2008 21:00

TSM that dress is lovely, I was looking for one that rouches across the waist but that dress almost makes me change my mind! Will have to keep an eye out for it in RL!

foxymolly · 21/07/2008 00:32

Just had some really good news. My best friend can come to the wedding, I'm so pleased! She wasn't sure as she's going on holiday with her boyfriends parents and had to wait till they booked it to know the dates, but just got back from a girl's night where she told me so I'm very happy now!

I can phone the seal place tomorrow and hopefully book that, I'm getting excited now!

TillyScoutsmum · 21/07/2008 09:29

Foxy - that's great news Not that long to go now...

My wii fit has arrived so I'm hoping to shift the last bit of weight/tone up with that

Have found a lovely place near to Dp's parents which does cloaks/coats/wraps etc. They can colour match with anything so I'm going to see them when we go down to stay with MIL in a couple of weeks. I love the idea of little velvet capes for the girls like third pic down on left

OP posts:
foxymolly · 21/07/2008 09:53

I want one of those Wii Fits Tilly, Let me know if they are any good.

The velvet capes are lovely, very cute. I'd get one for dd if she was a little bit older

Good new about the shop near your MIL, thats handy for you.

Now I know how many are coming I can start planning properly. Have to book the seal/dolphing boat later but if we do that it won't be till 2pm and we get married at 10am. Got to work out what can we do in between, I have to go back and get changed whatever I decided.

Dropdeadfred · 21/07/2008 09:55

Foxymolly...that is my dress!! And in that exact colour!!!

Gobbledigook · 21/07/2008 09:56

I'm not a bride but will be a bridesmaid - can anyone direct me to bridesmaid hair ideas?!

foxymolly · 21/07/2008 10:06

Tilly will probably be able to help you gobbledigook, whose getting married, have you got a picture of your dress you can link to?

ooooh have we got the same dress dropdeadfred?

TillyScoutsmum · 21/07/2008 10:39

hiya Gobbledigook. this website has some hair ideas on (although not specifically for bridesmaids). Also a bridesmaid section if that's not any good

TillyScoutsmum · 21/07/2008 10:43

Gobbledigook · 21/07/2008 10:59

Ooh, I'm going to have a good look through all those hair styles!

Dropdeadfred · 21/07/2008 11:01

foxymolly · 21/07/2008 16:10

Dropdead - just read your holiday thread, thats an awful thing to have happened, hope you can get something else arranged. fingers crossed for you

foxymolly · 21/07/2008 16:36

Just had some bad news, we can't go seal watching because dd is too young, I didn't think of that untill I just phoned.

So now I have a whole day to plan and no idea what to do. I know we are going to go out for a nice meal in the evening so that just leaves the afternoon empty and me clueless!

LoveMyGirls · 21/07/2008 17:10

OH DDF and FM, nightmare!

Will try and think of idea's for you FM but I know you had your heart set on seal watching. I can't remember how many people are going, is it you, dh2b and baby and your best friend?

teafortwo · 21/07/2008 17:12

for dropdeadfred

for foxy

Hey Foxy have you been to Brocollispears thread about her quiet wedding? Go have a look...

foxymolly · 21/07/2008 17:12

LMG - I would love any suggestions. There will be 6 adults (including us) and 2 children, 9yrs and 10 months old.

foxymolly · 21/07/2008 17:22

Thanks for that T42, I'll keep an eye on that thread.

Dp really like's the idea of a cooked breakfast with champagne so I think that will be what we are doing after the wedding - guess who will be doing the cooking!

PanicPants · 21/07/2008 21:12

for foxy and DDF. Don't think anyone is supposed to have a problem free wedding - it's the rules!

I've just been into town to buy new bridesmaid gifts as we have turned the house upside down and can't find them anywhere

PanicPants · 21/07/2008 21:12

Surely not you foxy?

teafortwo · 21/07/2008 21:39

FOXY - Tell dh NO!!!! Can't you go to a place by the sea for a cooked breakfast and your champagne??? Play on the beach a bit - enjoy being alive, being in love and just being married... that is what I would do!!!

teafortwo · 21/07/2008 21:40

soz I meant dh 2B

TillyScoutsmum · 22/07/2008 20:40

Evening all... How's it going ?

Foxy - any decision on what to do yet ? Is it Truro you're getting married ?
