Ha - now that would be my approach. Get both . They will always sell on if it's a disaster. Which it wont be [positive mental attitude and all that]

Off to bed, after a quick sandwich. Night all. Happy night nappies to everyone. [Softee and a tb red fleece here]

Scotia · 13/10/2009 23:05

I should add I only sold them on bacause he was outgrowing them and to fund my Wee Notions obsession purchase. I would definitely buy more ecobubs

And I'm sure they won't be a disaster either.

I'm going for a haircut tomorrow (birthday treat from my girls) so trying to think of something funky for an ancient mummy! I'm thinking of something like Kate's (from Jon and Kate Plus Eight). Do you think that's too much mutton dressed as lamb for someone in their 40s?

It is law - you have 7 days to change your mind if you buy stuff over the internet - is called distance selling regulations - applies to all internet and ebay sales.

Ecobubs are the only pocket I know that can last the night. Think it must be the wool that evaporates any wicking. L in blue/choc stripe one now. C in bee bedbug & Hallu woollies

Oh my god! Tried a LP Micro size 2 on Talia last night from about 10.30pm and it lasted till she got up at 7.30am! Hubby changed her so not 100% sure what it was like but I felt the outside of her longies in the bedroom and they were completly dry! Tree I think you are right about it going so well with wool as under PUL they arn't absorbant enought for us even in the day, but then that was size 1s and the size 2s do seem to have extra absorbancy!

JennyPennyNAPPYWEB · 14/10/2009 08:50

Oh and I finally got the preloved section of my site up and running! Will be lots more added over the next week or 2.

LatinDAISYcal · 14/10/2009 09:47

That's really interesting feedback on the micro/woolies combo tree and jenny. I really need to start using cloth at night. I know it isn't a scary thing but I am really nervous about it. DD is out of nappies completely now and has been dry for the last four nights out of five, so if we can get bumble in cloth then we will be sending zero nappies to landfill!!!

Jabula · 14/10/2009 09:51

Sorry, that sounds really painful but did make me laugh out lough

LatinDAISYcal · 14/10/2009 10:06

no worries jabula ; I still can't figure out how I managed to do it!

Octothechildherder · 14/10/2009 10:11

ds3 lasted the nightin his UD and rikki Think more fleece is thw ay forward though - off to nose about! Have sore throat and headache so going back to bed for a bit too - need to be fighting fit for weekend.

Octothechildherder · 14/10/2009 10:54

oh no - have found mini la la nappies I cannot resist it - must have one! And they do black damask to match the wet bags (((flex credit card)))

JennyPennyNAPPYWEB · 14/10/2009 10:58

To be honest, I can't believe how much I like Micros, considering I do have a very expensive stash of gorgeous nappies, but I seem to have fallen in love with the micros

I really want to love the pop n grows but just can't even get an hour without leaks . I was hoping it would make a good nap time nappy for the days we use pockets. Have tried different times of day, different combos of boosters etc but no luck.

Octothechildherder · 14/10/2009 11:02

I agree myjob - the distance seller rules are a nightmare for businesses - luckily hasn't happened so far - always happy to take stuff back and refund within terms but simply changing mind is frustrating - but works well when it needs to iyswim! What becomes tricky is when it has already been posted!

Gad you have your fleece soakers now - looking forward to getting mine too

I thought that at first about cotton outer on Mini Lala's,that it might wick, but it says cotton Pul so thought it's laminated cotton. I could be wrong.
