Nappywardrobe !!

newspaperdelivery · 23/09/2009 21:19

Evening folks.

Bummer about lack of funds all round.

Also a bummer about my leaking nappies! I think dd2 is between sizes and changing shape so I'll need to put more thought into things. Not over bosting for a start.

Hello LittlePants.

I have nearly given up trying to sell my tiny things rusmum I alwyas thought I'd be able to sell on all my nappies, but the market moves so fast I bet thay are laughed at in a few months years. Imagine Itti's seeming old hat and boring

mumface · 23/09/2009 21:35

Connor is in between sizes too (sm/med) & I am having trouble finding wraps that fit my night nappies. Small are too low in rise but fit legs, medium fit rise but gape at legs! I have the choice between a back leak or a leg leak.
Can't wait to get my wool. I have got a minki fleece in med ordered,as I havn't tried fleece yet.

Evening ladies!

Octo, im not a nappy advisor - just a SAHM mummy

Hope everyones had a good day? Ive been so busy today, DS duped me in the Disney shop to, lil monkey - what is it about that shop, i just want to dance (or is that just me )

Hi littlepants, welcome

I think i should get my ittis on CNT as not much is going on there at the minute is it, totally agree rusmum!

OH is back on friday, im stupidly excited, miss him!

4andnotout · 23/09/2009 21:47

Evening all

Had a hectic day here, bought black bbos to compensate thought it would look lush with a nappy patch on it's bum rather like the new lines too Octo!!

I have to order my guiding uniform this week so no new fluff for me

purplesal · 23/09/2009 22:04

Ooh, 4, I've just become a Brownie leader - I really don't want to have to order any uniform!! I was guider nearly 20 years ago ('m not that old really!!) and then DDs brownie pack was in danger of closing down this term if they didn't get another leader, and I didn't keep quiet. I still have my old Guiders uniform but a) it has changed and b) it would never fit me now!

4andnotout · 23/09/2009 22:17

I'm doing my ALQ for rainbows and brownies My mum runs a brand new pack ( 3 weeks old tommorow) and needed assistants, i thought as i have 4 dd's who will all be coming through the ranks it might as well be me! DD1 is already a brownie in another pack where my mum is assistant guider, so will probably transfer to my pack when dd2 is 5 in March and she can join rainbows. I'm really excited, i was a brownie and a guide and loved it, so hope i can do the same for these girls, have you seen the centenary uniform? I'm having the pink polo shirt.

Octothechildherder · 23/09/2009 22:27

Are you trying to get me deleted lol

kmummy - didn't think you were - was just something you posted - thought had missed something and was being dim.

Mumface - have you tried popper covers instead - I have some small hire kit onelife popper ones you can borrow for free - I find that they come up bigger than velcro and you can adjust better. email if you do - happy to help you out - may hook out a medium aswell to compare.

Very busy day again!

Catch up tomorrow

Octothechildherder · 23/09/2009 22:28

4 - The black and pink cat would look cool.

4andnotout · 23/09/2009 22:30

Thats the exact combo i was thinking

mumface · 23/09/2009 22:31

OOh I've just found a lovely wool site called woollywraps. They do shorties, longies, pants & little shoes too.Not bad prices when you consider they are hand made.

Octothechildherder · 23/09/2009 22:33

We need to start a knitting club lol

Octothechildherder · 23/09/2009 22:35

It has sold on preorder - will get more! You will need to re-photograph all nappies with colour coded patches lol

4andnotout · 23/09/2009 22:36

I need to email you to order an ouch pouch too...

Octothechildherder · 23/09/2009 22:38

You know my email!

A friend popped over tonight to give me some squashes (the veg not drink lol) and his wife is an A&E consultant and he took one to show her as I said I had something right up her street

mumface · 23/09/2009 22:38

Thanks Octo, I have a ME airflow in small, they are v.similar to onelife arn't they? The rise is too short on that on my bedbug, even though he's on the smallest waist setting still! He's wearing a new rikki medium to bed tonight. Legs a little bit gapey will see how that goes.If not think I will go with wool.

Octothechildherder · 23/09/2009 22:42

What you need is an in-betweenie! (doesn't exist as far as I know but feel an urge to find one!)

kmummy · 23/09/2009 22:46

What lovely things mumface - thanx for the link - gotta love wool have a bad feeling its going to be bad for the bank balance though

Octothechildherder · 23/09/2009 22:49

I love the collaborations the wooly folk do with nappies/tops - think NappyGarden or dragon flair and weenotions do them - so cool - mine are a bit old for them now - but really really love them.

Scotia · 23/09/2009 22:53

Dammit! A moomoo itti just jumped into my cart on Twinkle website!

mumface · 23/09/2009 22:53

Yes, I love the collabs too. But I've never seen one thats not sold out. They get smnapped up fast.

newspaperdelivery · 23/09/2009 22:54

Octo - I'll kinda have to get a tree patch wont I?
I had thought of putting patches on before you know. Spooky!

mumface · 23/09/2009 22:58

(smnapped up?!)
scotia There's been an epidemic of jumping nappies lately. Watch out for them tiger itti's, they leap into carts aswell

Scotia · 23/09/2009 22:58

Tree, you need this one

Scotia · 23/09/2009 22:59

Lol mumface, it's ok I've got a tiger one, phew...
