My DS who is nearly 5 is getting rather curious about certain things and asked me straight out what a ladies privates are called. I really didn't know what to say and just said 'private parts' but he wasn't happy with that!
There are plenty of acceptable words for a boys bits but nothing that quite seems acceptable for a girls, help please!

No KingRolo thats far too technical, really don't like the sound of them words, too medical if you know what I mean. Looking for something like the female equivalent of 'Willy'.

We use 'peach' in this house. I dont know why, DS1 came home from nursery one day caling it a peach.

FelineFine · 23/04/2009 13:08

or flossie

PinkBubblesGoApe · 23/04/2009 13:09

We abbreviated for DD, and call it her 'Gina'. Short and sweet!

KingRolo · 23/04/2009 13:11

Ok, if the correct anatomical words are too medical then how about... foo foo?

ElinorDashwood · 23/04/2009 13:12

Or cunt?

Magic pink then

MumtoCharlieandLola · 23/04/2009 13:14

Front bottom, my ds (nearly 3) was watching me on the loo the other day and said "your bottom is very large mummy" (and it wasn't the one at the back he meant)

Actually, yesterday he said to me while I was changing his nappy "why are you fat mummy"...

So I told my ds1 (nearly 7) last night and he said, mums not fat, so ds2 leans round the dining room chair so that he could see me in the kitchen and says "yes she is, look!"

I am going on a diet

It's a girly bum in this house, and with 3 boys and no girls, I'm hoping it's going to stay that way for a looooooong time!

(DS1 at 7yo knows the technical terms, but it's still a girly bum!)

FelineFine · 23/04/2009 13:16

ED - Purleeease did you have to?

KingRolo · 23/04/2009 13:17

Pmsl Elinor!

Think I prefer Magic Pink all in all.

LittleOtik · 23/04/2009 13:18

Oh, sorry, you said a polite word. I'd go with fanjo then.

LittleOtik · 23/04/2009 13:20
