It was betting better, but as usual, any new regime starts to clear it up, but then after a few days it seems to get worse again. It's much better than it was though, so we will persevere with this regime and see how we get on.

She has been at the PILs today, and although they will have been told not to use babywipes, they might well have done.

thanks for asking

MatNan - apparently the DH goes out to work and it is my job to look after the DCs and house (not very well apparently) .

sprogger MEOS can be hard to sell at times, years ago they were very popular but now there is so much choice and I guess they don't look as funky as some. Motherease have upped their game by introducing bamboo, organic and coloured MEOS to compete. They will sell though, these things just seem to go in phases and the phases don't last long IME. Where have you tried selling them?

KOMH - It was £35 inc postage on here - they are a bit more on eBay but I can honestly say that although I am skint ~(anyone want any Size 1 bamboozles ) it was well worth it and makes juggling all 3DCs and the housework much easier.

LackaDAISYcal · 07/09/2008 21:23

MEOS are one of the big names in nappies and there are always loads on the second hand market, like tots. I just assumed that it was because they are very popular so there are lots of them about.

where have you advertised sprogger?

I haven't got any teeny tiny nappies, but got bimbles and some diddy diapers which can be nippa'd down small. I'm expecting DS to be 8lbs plus though, so they should be plenty small enough.

LackaDAISYcal · 07/09/2008 21:24

My DH is pretty hands on with the DCs and loves having them in a sling. It's this fact that's influencing my sling buying decision. I might be interested in your Wilkienet KOMH, and swapping for some nappies

MatNanPlus · 07/09/2008 21:29

Oh I dont see BBM well i our childless house the rule is if a job done by the other isn't to your satisfaction then you have 2 choices live with it or re-do it

LackaDAISYcal · 07/09/2008 22:29

night all.

AnnVan · 07/09/2008 22:42

Hey all. Congrats to Sunflower
Lollipop, I don't have any XS nappies either, but then, i've a strong suspicion that this is not going to be a smal baby.

MatNanPlus · 08/09/2008 11:00

Daisy it doesn't stop the comments but they don't need to be acted on

lollipopmother · 08/09/2008 12:31

AnnVan - No, I don't think yours will be a small baby either, it's had an extra two weeks to cook hasn't it?! That's very unsupportive of me I know, but I personally think it better to have a larger baby that can fit straight into the nappies rather than us having to wait months for them to fit, it'd be like going overdue all over again!

This morning my two brand new Fluffles turned up (2 for £10 which inc'd the P&P) and they are my favourite! I am sooooooo in LOVE! They are the softest most fluffy and lush nappies ever. And they were a bargain, did I mention that?!

lollipopmother · 08/09/2008 12:32

Oh, one question about the Fluffles though - they have come with a pop-in insert. When I pop it in, do I stuff it into the pouch, or leave it outside?

Ceolas · 08/09/2008 12:44

Lollipop, where did you get the fluffles? Are they nippa fastening?

AnnVan · 08/09/2008 14:04

Lollipop - yes where did you get them. I have decided I just can't resist getting a couple!!

BigBadMousey · 08/09/2008 14:49

Lollipop - you stuff it into the pouch then the pouch (being fleece) acts as a stay dry liner .

BigBadMousey · 08/09/2008 15:08

cheap fluffles - be quick!

Does anyone know how to enable cookies? I can't order the fluffles, as cookies are disabled on my pc. gah! £6 pefluffle, I really can't resist that. I won't tell DP I've ordered them though

BigBadMousey · 08/09/2008 15:57

how to enable cookies - happy shopping

AnnVan · 08/09/2008 16:08

Great, when I'd managed to do that, the size ones are out of stock. I've ordered 4 size 2s though.

I got mine off of ebay, I was just bloody lucky basically.

BigBadMousey · 08/09/2008 17:04

What a shame - they are great for newborns. My first ever cloth purchase was 20 Size 2 fluffles to be used as a btp - bit too bulky for young ones IMO but still lovely

BigBadMousey · 08/09/2008 17:07

komh - not IME no. DD2 is in EHDNs and they smelt a lot less than cotton ot MF. She uses bumhuggers at night.

AnnVan · 08/09/2008 17:11

BBM - I have 10 Bambinex Teddies in Size 1 and 8 Bambinex bamboos in Size 2 (nippas) for folding down small. Now have 4 size 2 Fluffles on the way. I do love the look of the Teddies and Fluffles but I also think having the bamboos will be handy as they are soooo slim. So any clothes that won't fit over the Teddies, I'll use the bamboos under them. I will probably get a few Teddies in Size 2 later though, just to be sure I have SOME quick drying nappies in when baby is bigger, but I will wait and see how things go before buying those. I only bought the Flufles now because of the fact that soon we won't be able to get them at all.
