DLA waiting times

Hi I hope someone can help DLA received my son's form on 31st March 2023 .. Today Friday 21st of July and still not heard from them .. I keep calling but they are just fobbing me off with excuses .. Won't even tell me if it's with a decision maker yet.. I am not ever sure if it's been looked at.. Tried to tell me I didn't put my bank details on the form ( but I know for sure I did ) because I have a copy.. They seem so full of bs right now and I am getting so very fed up.. contacted my MP even to see if he could help but he also hasn't got back to me.. This stress is taking its toll .. Does anyone else currently have the same problem??

Form sent 26th June, still no letter but back dated payment went in the bank today. I'll expect the letter in a few days!

My claim was received on the 30th August 2023 and scanned pretty much straight away. I’m still waiting to hear a decision, I’m on week 14 currently.

I received a second letter this morning saying they're looking at the claim now, does this mean it's with the decision maker now?

Hi just wonder if anyone can help me im in the process of my reconsideration for my little girl ive had such a hetic morning and had a missed call and a text message from dla it says this

We tried to call you about your child's Disability Living Allowance claim but could not contact you. We will call you again on today between 10.00 AM and 11.00 AM. This may show as a withheld or private number

No call back yet im just wondering of its bad news id it normal to get calls in thr reconsideration process

Hi my claim has been with them for 16 weeks this week iv rang up today they said my claim is with a decision maker they said to ring back up 8th may if I haven’t Hurd and a decision should be made how long roughly does it take oncee it’s with a decision maker ?
