I guess I am!!!

Well, I got lots done today

Granted, it was interspersed with breaks to play daft games online and eat lunch, but there is progress. I'm shooting a bit of my other film tomorrow, which will be good - and my voiceover lady has the final script, and will hopefully get the voiceover file to me ASAP. Also good.

However, I'm fed up of paperwork, and can't wait for it all to be done!

I have a lab report due in and 2 exams within the next week. So why am I sat here watching crap on TV doing nothing productive? I need a kick up the backside!

How about a little work on the lab report, and start the revision tomorrow.

I'm now at 2.3k words, so hopeful that I can finish, eat, have some and maybe even watch that Scott and Bailey more bed. Yey!

And I'm never ever ever going to get so worked up about writing about attachment again. IT"S NOT ABOUT ME!!!

I have written 1000 words-only 1000 to go.

I did really well at lunchbreak today because my netbook cannot connect at work, so no distractions.

Thank you tumbleweed! I got a bit done but going to have to go and see my tutor in the morning anyway it seems then I will lock myself in the library!

Just seen your posts on attachment - it is hard to study topics like that without it making you quite reflective!

Only three weeks till the next one - then an exam - my first in 25 years.

did mine on time by some miracle - was ready to submit and no internet!
called tutor to explain and she was fine about it and gave me a 24 hour extension but so frustrating to have actually done the work on time for a change and still needed an extension!!!

Am now drinking champagne! Submitted final EMA this morning. MSc done. Feels awesome. Good luck everyone, it is worth it!

Haven't been on for a while - loads of new faces I think?

I'm in that week where I could start but I won't because I feel I'm entitled to a bit of free time and somehow it'll turn into two weeks time and I will be running round like a headless chicken with 2 TMAs due.

I did just get back one of the TMAs I was stressing about last time, and I was to get 92! Woo hoo!

Going to get some food and eat it while watching Mad Men catch up and then read up on Dracula.

Well DS and a late night A and E trip got in the way of my plans for getting my lab report done today. To tired to work tonight so will have to get back to it tomorrow.

In good news I managed to get 80% on a portfolio I thought I had mucked up!

Well, had my little shoot today, accompanied in the uni's studio by DBoyfriend, who was very helpful, considering film isn't what he's trained in.

Copied some family home videos to another medium today ready to use in the edit, as well.

Very tired now, so chilling out, before getting back to it tomorrow. 10 days til 1 film submission, 29 to the other.

Nearly there. One final push and I WILL have a degree this time, after chicken pox last year forced me to come back now.

Got EMA for 8 May - no deadlines - no extensions - no nothing - and at the moment no notes - so need to get my act together.

Just downloaded the course book to my iPad so really no excuses anymore - all nagging gratefully received!

Can you download the course books to kindles, does anyone know? One of mine in this course is v. heavy providing a perfect excuse not to carry it around with me...

I have an EMA to do by May 24th and have just spent 6 hours at a tutorial which did not help in the slightest. The tutor confessed she has not read the book for the option I am doing so it really was not much use

The end is in sight. Now all I need is for dd2 to have a decent nap asap. I have half a question to do on the assignment, which I need to read about 40 pages for. Then I just have it to type up tonight. Have had awful pain since having tooth out on Friday morning but it's eased today so hoping I won't need a late night tonight.

I am really narked off with my course.

Just out of interest, those of you with the OU could you say roughly how many tutorials/day schools you have had per 60 point course?

I have had 1 3 hour tutorial way back before Christmas and no more planned.

I had one 5 hour day school in Feb (didn't go to that one) and one more planned in July. No other tutorials planned. All pretty shitty, I think.

Are you doing the Living Political Ideas chipmunk? I was toying with that next but you don't sound like you're enjoying it.
