right looks like Ds is better when i dont bother him as he made it to bed time without a single accident even with the pants on.
tommorow we face toddlers so shall see what happens as it will be his first trip out in pants as I chickened out when going to town

onefootinthegravy · 12/01/2006 21:13

Can you help with a dd who has been clean for months and has regressed the last couple of days.
Nothing has happened to upset her, she has not been ill and I am 100% sure its all for attention.
She has weed in her pants about 5 times today and yesterday too, she can be controlling and I think this is what its all about.
I have tried ignoring this but its not working, what about threatening to put her back in nappies and putting her big girls pants away? Too harsh? I know she won't be happy about it.
Help please!! dd is 2.10

codnotamod · 12/01/2006 21:13

Should I still keep going? Ds is still peeing for England. Although the big breakthrough of the day was Ds finally let go on the toilet!!! YAY!!!
Will he get it as he seems to have no interest in taking himself or when he is wet?

Not a bad idea Cod. I think he has got the idea that I want him to go on the toilet because he sat straight on it when he came home from nursery and that was when we had success.

codnotamod · 12/01/2006 21:30

yes as oyu get in say ( as htey take coat off) "shallw e just both go to the loo then we can do xyz" then they get into the habit
they fd otn like being stirred form playing to go
