The verdict for Apeman, monkey boy and chimp is GUILTY!!!!

I phoned the local paper and they said that they were found guilty and are in jail awaiting sentancing on friday!!!!

Given apeman's previous, and his attitude when asked about the incident, and the fact that the WPC said "I've been in the force for three years and that evening was the first time I've ever been so scared", surely he at least will get way over the minimum, hula?

I would expect that to be the case Jan, but you can never say for sure. As I said GBH (withno reference to intent) on our databse was bringing up sentences of 4-6 years. I would expect this one to be more based on what we've heard.

I am going to phone the reporter about 3pm, I figure he will have heard by then. I should have asked him to phone me when he had heard. Dh took a drive to the building site this evening, for the first time, he couldn't see anything though as it was dark.

Well as I was leaving the house today to take the kids to playscheme, the parents were leaving their house, all dressed smartly so I guess they were off to the court. They said 'morning, how are you? You ok?' which prove me right in the fact that they had no idea what their sons were doing to us.

No news yet, the reporter is still in court. I told him that he couldn't use anything I said to him, he asked if I was willing to help with the background report but I refused. He was very understanding as to why I didn't want to help with it.

YEP!!!

The oldest got 6 years plus 22 months from his last sentance

middle one got LIFE!!! plus 6 years

the youngest got 3 years 11 months
