we used to have one in london then it got all regional last year i wanted to bring this up as i know it needs organising soon for november. i missed not going to one last year and so wondered who if anyone would beintrested in a central mumsnet meet up - you would have to palm your kids off as this is a pissfest ( except for me am on water)

Beetroot, yes, you're right, because I am intending to have my family in London that weekend to get around the fact that otherwise I won't see them, I think I ought to just get on and book since I am prepared to spend money as it's all of us the whole weekend. If it was going to be just me an easyhotel room with no window would have been just fine! Since dp will be alone in the hotel on Sat night I want to make sure it's at least somewhere he doesn't mind being alone!

Beety, that kwest place has specials of £129 per room. It looks like it's Shepherds Bush but that's do able.

Right everyone - I just so happen to have the ideal place for you all to stay and solve all your accomodation woes!! Right opposite my flat, with a residents list full to the brim of housing association residents. Work is currently on going on building more rooms (well I told them MN was a coming to visit!), with all the disruption this entails. You will get to have a communal breakfast around the one breakfast table next to reception. Some rooms even compromise an en suite shower, er, cubicle and you can come and visit the scene of a recent brutal murder! What a bargain! Now, don't all book at once .

Better get in there quick beety, it's very popular with housing associations! Fully booked when we went to look around!
