RnB - I'm not sure whether to book a room up there or get train back. My prob is that if i get back to Brighton station, i've still got a long way to get home from there. Not sure what's best really. (Ps been to the gym EVERY day for a week, am totally knackered!)

I think Beetroot's idea is v good about trying to get a group booking at a hotel - I'd be keen. My days of throwing up on trains are long gone, but I know you are only a baby RnB.... (will be at gym tmrow eve, 7ish. Very sweet of you to offer me a bed at yours, we'll see what happens) I have no idea what I'm gonna do with the kids for this meet up, dh is working all w/e. Never mind eh...!!??

Tortington · 13/08/2005 21:57

Put me down for a group hotel booking if you're going to look into it Beety. Somewhere nice though - I might end up bringing dp and children to london for the weekend so I see them and I just go out on Sat night but we're all still all together the rest of the weekend. So I'd want an interconnecting room and actually I think it's v cheeky to ask you to ask but if you're ringing places anyway...

True, true. I mean nicer than a travelodge, not as nice as say, The Landmark!

WideWebWitch · 14/08/2005 08:51

I'll have a quick search on hotels now and will post if I find anything/if dd doesn't interrupt me.

WideWebWitch · 14/08/2005 09:22

this looks nice, K West, and they do special deals for weekends

tigermoth · 14/08/2005 09:31

Add me to the list, please. Looking forward to it lots.

MrsGordonRamsay · 14/08/2005 09:59

Happy to share a room, with someone.

Have we looked at decent B&B s in London ??

MrsGordonRamsay · 14/08/2005 10:00

Imagine going back to a B&B to find this waiting for you, at the top of the stairs

WideWebWitch · 14/08/2005 10:54

I will pay up to £200 per night, per room (I want interconnecting ideally with a bed/cot for ds/dd respectively) and will be staying Friday too probably, that may change.
