Just got a letter from the HA saying I have been offered a plot number for a 4 bed house on the new estate in the next town!!!!!!!! It will be ready in November..........

SM - when I had the offer of my new house, it was still being built. I couldn't stop myself from driving past it though every few days just to have a sneaky peek!!
