DS woke up screaming with a nightmare at 3.45 am, DH got up at 4.15 am for work, so I thought that I may as well get up rather then forcing myself to go back to sleep and worry my head off.

Doing the trick nicely, starting to feel a bit anxious then re-read all the threads on the subject now feeling much better.

Thanks again last night, even though I only consumed about 1 litre of my blue goo, I have no head ache and I fell asleep just as soon sas my head hit the pillow. DS is at mums tonight and DH is off tomorrow so I can catch up then. Take Care XXXX
