Hi, SB......so sorry your insomnia is bad, it makes so much else in life an uphill struggle doesn't it? I could list things I have tried but imagine you will have tried most of it. However, I have seen a slight improvement since being on iron and a vitamin supplement.

One of my toes is sore in the same way the other one was before it's nail dropped off .
I have period pains like someone is sticking hot needles into my abdomen and small of my back.
My mouth is dry and I feel sick.
If I sit down and relax, I fall asleep.
For hours.

Health wise, good days and bad Fairlady..in my head, I am fine if I am left to my own devices and in my own little world but life has a habit of throwing spanners in the works.

But everyone is at work and school today so I might spend the day in the yurt drinking coke, and living a life of debauchery.
