Lots of adverts advertising Richard and how he will kill again, any idea's. I know Maxine is coming out of it soon, but surely he couldn't have a reason to kill her (apart from the obvious)

YES!!! I think it's reached farcical proportions the number of times they've done the same routine of him trying to say it then her interrupting and him allowing her to side track him -
JUST GET ON WITH IT!!!!
