Managed to watch all of Living before DH & DS got home. (Bill Nighey with bonus FAF).

Morning wenches. It has got darker since I got up, so I'm waiting for the rain to start. Idiot Kitty it at my feet killing a toy (and occasionally my feet, and from the sound of it, the sofa too). Intelligent Cat is up out of the way on the arm of a chair.

We watched Living the other week. Can recommend it LetUs. TB was in it more than I expected.

Have booked a small holiday - hurrah! A few nights in Wales in a couple of weeks, with wi-fi!

I should be getting in with Sunday jobs but instead I’m watching a documentary series about Marilyn Monroe. It’s very very interesting.

Afternoon. Back from car boot sale, found some nice stuff really cheap, like three mugs for £1 😀 Cloudy ut didn’t start to rain until I left.

Started watching River yesterday, with Stellan Skarsgård and Nicola Walker, quite good. If you haven’t already watched Unforgotten with Nicola Walker you must, it’s so good, especially the first season.

Plan to do very little the rest of the day ☕️

morning all. stonking headache last night I made it through Fight Club because DS desperately wanted to watch it, then collapsed into bed. It's still lurking so I've chugged some more painkillers down. <le sigh, and all that>

Glad the hygienist went ok, and hope that apricot's trip on Thursday is uneventful.

I gather we squeaked through in the football - hurrah, though I'm not desperately interested because, football.

Afternoon. Miserable kind of day. I went into town earlier to pick up some general stuff and birthday cards for the next couple of months. I went past the lovely wool shop that I used to go in regularly which I knew had closed down
BUT I have discovered that it has moved out of town and not too far away, so I’ll have to go and visit, maybe tomorrow if I can get my act together.

Great that DS1 has a job LetUs and is enjoying it.
