Here we go again, more witterings and domestic shenanegans...

Afternoon. It’s quite warm out and the washing has dried, but no sun.

I can’t type on a touchscreen Helen, I keep hitting the wrong letters and it takes me twice as long as a keyboard. I’ve been typing since I was 18, on those non-electric typewriters that you had to bash, but the letters on a touchscreen seem to have a mind of their own. Hope you don’t have to wait too long for the laptop.

It was fun, but I don’t think I could sit through Barbie again, even for research purposes.

Yay for Strike, but it’s always a worry when something is so far in the future. I bought DH a year’s supply of some supplements he takes as they were on offer, and he jokingly said he hopes he’s here to take them all. You just never know.

Hope LetUs has managed to get through the day alright.

Evening all, the laptop is being collected on Tuesday. <le sigh> so I don't hold out any hope for a speedy process.

It has been a day of work. DS is now wittering Star Wars at me <le enormous sigh> Also no rain here.

Out shopping with BestFriend this morning then loads to do at home. Might even make an early start on the ironing. The actual excitement.

Morning all. I woke up early because my back hurts. It doesn't hurt any less for sitting on the sofa, than being in bed, which is annoying. That will teach me to rugby tackle escaping dogs

I have no plans today, apart from wanting to pick fruit before it goes over (if it hasn't already). Also I should pack up my laptop so that it's done.

Up at 7 for a shift at an ER, I don’t usually work there but everyone else is on vacation, I and our IT support spent all yesterday to try to get a password, easier to get one to MI5. I called their IT support twice, they seemed to think I was a hacker or something, really condescending attitude, I was fuming. Finally our IT support managed to solve it at 16.30 yesterday afternoon. Otherwise there would be no one transcribing for the ER the whole weekend, I’m working tomorrow as well.

Might come across as a bit dramatic, I only work a few hours in the morning, don’t know if they have their own staff the rest of the day. I’m mainly pissed off about the password hassle.

Ordered a new bigger TV on sale of course, the old one is about 13 years old and the sound disappears sometimes

Shopping went very well and I got a goodie back which has got some excellent stuff in it. Out for tea tonight but I’ll drive as I’m knackered.

I left the fruit too late, because I'm an idiot. Still, the birds should have had a nice few meals. This afternoon has included a mooch out along a local walk, and I started packing up the laptop. whoop. Also, washing is still on the line.

We have rain and thunder here, so I’ve unplugged everything.

Was invited over to nice landladies yesterday for tapas and to play Hidden Reality, were you get to solve a murder case with help of police reports, evidence, witness statements etc. Quite difficult but interesting.

Same here Apricot, although it was dry this morning and I managed to get some washing dry. But since mid-afternoon it’s been raining and windy and I am also very bored of it.

Met the latest baby addition to the family today. She’s very cute

evening all. we got rain at about 9pm, but it was nice before then so I have had walks in the woods and at the beach. then home to cook tea etc. and the washing dried on the line. hurrah!
am yawning my head off, so hopefully I will be off to the hayloft shortly.

Chucking it down again here. Awake early so I thought I might as well get up. Flapjacks are in the oven, washing up’s done, washing in the machine.

Ooft - that's impressively productive LetUs. I've been feeding animals and clearing up cat-vom <side-eyes at intelligent cat> Also feeding mozzies <cbf> who are very happy with the current damp weather. So I've just been slathering anthisan all over my legs.

Next stop, feed myself (and not to KillerKitty, despite what he may think).

Afternoon. Lovely sunny start to the day. I was in the shower at 6.30, dealt with Misty, put a wash on, hand washed some stuff I forgot to put in the machine, did breakfast and put washing on the line. I am so motivated by the sun. Then at 9 o’clock it went overcast so I went back to bed with iPad as it’s the warmest place. At 10.30 it started to rain so the washing went into the tumbler as I hate it hanging around for days. <sigh>

I have been WorkyMcWorkFace, and that's about it. I'm also starving so I need to stage a raid on the kitchen and eat something healthy like a banana. (I'm craving chocolate and general sweet stuff, and I must not eat any more chocolate today. #tubby)
