Full on day at work, haven’t stopped, shite traffic, legs are aching so it’s particularly ace that DS2 has been full on cheeky/rude/snarky since I got home. I’m knitting and ignoring him, having tried and failed to have a proper conversation with him.

Wenches!!!!! J'ai trouver les HBFs!!!! Ils ont staying sur le floor upstairs, et training to be les ski instructors. Nous met several dans la sauna after aujourd-hui's skiing effort. Tres easy on les yeux, et aussi friendly and chatty, et un peu young. (Et le source de le noise upstairs dans les evenings!)

Today nous avons un peu de neige, donc, je tombe et voila! Je suis un femme-de-neige. Twice. Et aussi, je tombe down le piste noir, headfirst et sur mon back. C'est tres amusing, et a plus faster way down than trying to ski. DH et un peu alarmed et stopped me avant je entre le bois ("Grab this!!!" il dit, as il wave his pole at moi <nlt>). Mais, je was ok - je ne pas fast enough get hurt parce-que je drag mes skis behind moi as brakes, si vous voirent what je mean.

I went to the dentist this morning. Six weeks before he can take the dodgy tooth out! I suppose it’s not an emergency but it is very sensitive and I can’t eat on it.

Aujourd-hui, je visited le local beauty spot. Le signage warned of 'L'hiver conditions;. Pas de shit, Sherlock. C'etait immensely icy, et, inevitably, j'a tombe encore [rolling yeux]. On le plus side, j'ai beacoup de aches for le HBFs to kiss better. Todays HBFs were in the outdoor hot tub, avec varying lengths of le hair et beards. Il n'y a pas de chat. Mais ils ont un pleasant diversion.

Aujourd'hui nous avons fresh neige - hurrah. Beaucoup de skiing has been done, apart from le temps spent sur le ski lift quand c'est broken - 45 minutes hanging dans le mid-air etait tres froid. (Mais nous avons le money-off coupons for dejeuner as compensation.) Je ne tombe pas - hurrah. Mais il y a beaucoup de waiting about pour le manshapes, qui sont ski-ing le tres steep/narrow/woody/lumpy slopes que je n'aime pas.
