Well, DH spent 9 hours in A&E and got home at 1.30am. He had an ECG and blood tests and has been pronounced fit and healthy as I knew he would be. Fortunately he took sodukos with him which kept him sane but unfortunately we never thought about food and drink and he hadn't had any lunch. They do have a cafe but he didn't want to leave his seat in case he was called. Anyway he's alright now.

Glad MrApes is ok ❤️ Nine hours 😱 I took a sandwich with me when I went to the ER, but I went to a smaller town nearby and it took only 3,5-4 hours. Had I gone to the big University hospital I’ll probably still be waiting 🙄

I've had an unproductive day of admin - making very little progress with sorting out house insurance, self-assessment etc.

I have made tea and DS is upstairs on the x-box. His tea will be cold and he won't have any say in tonight's viewing.

I did the same with washing yesterday apricot - though my sheets ended up draped over clothes horses rather than in the tumble drier.

Have been feeling a bit queasy since Monday evening, not sure if that's in response to the jab (I think I did last time) or not <shrugs>. In any case I'm feeling discombobulated as I worked Monday instead of today. Work was worky and full on as usual. Today was nice - a relaxing day with FancyMan who was very patient with me feeling a bit bleurgh, bless him, and then dinner with DS tonight which was lovely.

Morning all. It is grey and dismal outside, but not raining quite yet. I am neither under or adjacent to a cat Intelligent is upstairs on a bed, Cute/Killer is outside rampaging. Or might be in a box somewhere, or on a chair. Who knows. He's been running about like a loon ("What's in here? What's under there? Can I get up there? Will I fit in this gap" etc), so maybe he's taking a breather somewhere.

Today I will have a second attempt at life admin - insurance, tax, etc. Plus the work thing. The dishwasher is on. Whoop. But actually I can't convince myself that that's an achievement at any level. Ho hey hum.

Afternoon. Nice day I think but haven't been out, although it got dark very early.

Today I have been gathering together more photos, being constantly interrupted by DH. I've just renewed his driving licence which he was trying to do on his phone as I've got his laptop.

I love the postbox toppers. We have a group who do them in the village up the road and they're amazing.

I think I started a post yesterday, but got interrupted <rolls eyes at self> went to the cinema yesterday evening with DD to see Living. Not quite sure what to make of it, did enjoy it though. Must get ready for work now......

Afternoon. Pretty bland sort of day weather-wise.

I've got most of the photos from my phone sorted into albums. Now I have to get them into chronological order and number them. Then it's DH's phone and then WhatsApp and various Facebook pages. <sigh> Still, I've got nothing else to do and it is quite therapeutic.

I'll have to wait for Living to come on the TV. There's no point in going to the cinema as DH would sleep through it.

I keep meaning to go and see Living, but I'm not sure when I'll get there. I know the plot (as far as I know!) but not the ending. I quite fancy<nto> taking myself off to the cinema again, like I did with 'Emily'.

I have had an unexpected day in the office due to internet shenanigans at home. It was very disconcerting for all concerned (it didn't feel like a Friday because I was there), but useful to be in and just ask questions face-to-face, rather than pinging emails about. Friday though - hurrah!! Hope that LetUs has had a good day and is being 'sociable' with her friend
