They're digital pics Helen. I'm transferring them from my phone into albums on the PC, but I can't drag them around like I could on my previous PC so I have to number them to get them in order. Then I find I've missed one and have to start again. Time consuming but satisfying in the end.

Back is slightly better. Spoke with GP who fortunately said I didn’t need to go to the surgery as I was in the office by that time. Says it sounds a mechanical back issue rather than for instance kidney related.

Much rain here too and yes, strangely warmer outside than in the office.

We’ve started to watch The Suspect with Aidan Turner who looks more like Jamie Dornan than Jamie Dornan. Really confused me. I think it’s the beard and Irish accent. It’s good so far.

I've Plan B'd my knitting LetUs (put it away until I get an idea how to finish it.) Hadn't got as much wool as I thought. It's a summer jumper anyway, so I'll think about it again in the spring. Apparently this is a thing in knitting circles, they're called WIPs (work in progress). I've got four now. Will now start something with the wool I bought from Poundland.

Evening all. I like the idea of spending the day in the hayloft with Athos - good plan. Sadly,
I spent the day doing nothing at all that was on my list<nto> but I did do laundry (which has had extra rinses on the line) and washed most of the windows. Then we ended up at sporting Event with DH in the afternoon, so it's been quite a nice afternoon/evening out.

Hope that everyone's had a good day - Football/theatre/meals out and baths We're watching a bake-off.

Was a lovely day, quite a long one though so had a lie in this morning. It's quite sunny here today, so...laundry naturally Will also do a bit of work to prep for next week as I strongly suspect it will be a shitshow of a week and I would prefer that to be the case because of other people rather than me.

Afternoon. Cloudy and chilly here. We're thinking of caving and putting the heating on.

We had a pleasant evening with our friends, we don't see them very often. Misty is so sweet. She comes galloping down the stairs to greet us when we get back and rolls on the floor.

Nothing else going on.

Awwwww at Misty. KillerKitty sometimes does similar, though it's a purposeful trot (thud-thud-thud on the floorboards) rather than a gallop.

I've had a fairly busy day in which I managed to deal with the fruit I didn't cook up yesterday, then sorted out some of the compost heap. Then off for a dog walk, followed by a food shop (two trips - one where FriendWithDog drove, on the way back from the walk, and then another where I drove us back again because we both forgot things that were on our list ) and then straight out to meet more friends in the afternoon, except we got our timings wrong and all arrived over an hour early for SportingActivity, so had to sit around bitching waiting patiently for our slot. SportingActivity was fun/tiring and now we are home.

Sadly though, I have had no time in the hayloft with Athos. Which is disappointing.

Hope that homework tactics are working chez LetUs, and that Fancy has her ducks all lined up work-wise. I have plans to watch Ghosts and HIGNFY tonight. And have a nice hot shower.
