Ulrika Jonsson - any views??

Hi..

Just wondered what people's views were on Ulrika / her book / her date rape allegations??

I personally am not that interested in her life but wonder why she wants to reveal all!!

I have just come in from work, put my dd down to sleep and am straight on here to hear the gossip..fantastic updates. I can't believe about crispy...he seems such a lovely man. I am only jealous. Lots.

Going back to bad boy 1, I've just looked on the show's web site, and surprise surprise, you can't get on the message boards!!! Dunno whether it's recent, as I don't frequent that site!!

If it turns out a habitual date-rapist is charged and faces justice for what he has done, then maybe there will have been a point to all this media scrum. There could be some women out there who will end up being very grateful to Ulrika and her book. I just wish they had all felt able to go straight to the police instead of to Max Clifford...

they deleated the site!! but wrighty this morning did mention the name of the man who will probably get his blue peter badge taken away! i thought matthew wright said as a name the other girls had accused not as being the person ulrika has accused! no wonder the panel went silent afterwards! i've also heard about the crisp man, that would be very sad.

Sorry, hang on a sec, I might be a bit stupid today, but what does John Leslie have to do with crisps? And when was he ever married? Same re: kids. Besides isn't he much younger than her? She's what, 39? He can't be much older than 35, so if she was 21 when this happened, that makes him about 18 - surely not????

I think it's an over-exaggeration on her part. I do think rape is a serious offence, and if she ended up in hospital, she should have pressed charges as any right-minded woman would have done. I cannot believe that this man would do this to so many women and not one of them shop him. Also a 5th supposed victim has been speaking to the newspapers. I think it has all gotten out of hand and she either names him and lets him clear his name the proper way, or she keeps her big gob shut (hard for her to do I know) and let the poor man get on with his life. It's just funny how she was losing the popularity stakes because of her kiss and tell with Sven and now something like this comes up - sympathy vote?

There are two different things going on - the alleged rape - which is one bloke, and an alleged affair with a married man - which is the other bloke who has a connection with the deep fried potato product !

See ? It all makes perfect sense now - NOT !

bundle, lol at birmingham travelodge! Wish I'd watched this morning, this morning now.. dying to see if he's squirming at all.. still not totally convinced its JL though. Really upset with mr crisps, quite fancy him myself I must admit! Have noticed though that he gets a bit letchy on his quiz show. Mind you he's got king letch ross to egg him on. Love this thread!

I'm Leicester born and bred like the crisp man ( one of my ex's was even in the same class as his wife at school)
P L E A S E tell me it isn't true! He is just soooo nice - and it's always seemed such a happy marriage, unlike many footballers who dump their teenage loves the minute they are famous and despite all the health problems with one of their boys.
Oh I feel all depressed now.
