Afternoon. Nice day, washing dried, ironed and away including my outfit from yesterday. SIL, bless her, was gesticulating wildly and knocked her glass of red wine all over me including my cream trousers. It's all come out.

I was looking for the new series of Lucifer and realisd that there was a part 2 to series 5 which we haven't seen. I can't do one a week like Fancy, so we watched two episodes last night. Totally bonkers, but very entertaining.

Have been feeling at little off colour today, so worked at home, so i was at least able to make the most of the sunshine by......doing some laundry . Crap tv & ironing tonight I think!

Appointment was cancelled. Nurse wasn’t well (at home) to the point where an ambulance was called and whisked her away. As reasons go I’d say that’s pretty solid. Got the phone call in plenty of time and it’s been rearranged and it was just a check up so all’s okay.

Today has been... work. Nothing terribly exciting. Bike ride at lunchtime. Oh - I swept the road. (I kid you not.) The verge cutter decided not to do the whole road so we had a joint effort with strimmer to cut the rest and then had to sweep/rake up the mess. It wasn't an entirely altruistic effort - I didn't want to get a puncture from scattered brambles

We're watching 'The Cleaner' which is on IPlayer and very entertaining.

Excellent news about the car wicked, less excellent about the nurse LetsUs Fingers crossed it gets rescheduled soon.

Need to get some work done this afternoon as next week looks busy - out at clients all week & another 5 day week, plus guests staying. Evening. Lovely this morning so I sat in the garden for half an hour. Went to prepare lunch and took it outside - weather gone.

Vigil tonight, I'll stick with it because DH wants to watch it, but I've lost interest really.

Currently trying not to throttle DS - that thing where they have to do homework but don't know what they want to do, and anything you suggest is wrong. He's in bloody Kevin mode with massive huffy sighs and I have left the room so a not to throw something/yell/generally not-behave-like-grown-up-supportive-parent (assuming those exist, because I'm really not good at it if he's not cooperating.)

Morning all. Not much to report. CuteKitten is grumpy because I won;t feed him - he's off to be neutered in half an hour and is 'nil by mouth' So I can't really blame him for being grumpy.

I also have a headaches which hasn't gone away overnight FMHeadache and all that.

Bit dank and dreary outside, but I do have to do some washing, so fingers crossed it brightens up and I can hang it out.

Afternoon. Quite cold here this morning, the windows were steamed up. Went lovely later though and much washing has been done.

CuteKitten is going stir crazy around the room because he's not allowed out for a couple of days. He's already battered his way through the cat flap (now blocked off) and is bored, bored, bored I think we can say he's recovered. (He's not allowed out tomorrow either - I think I will amend that instruction to 'not allowed out unsupervised')

Our weather was similar Apricot - I got two loads through the machine, though the second one is draped around the house to finish off drying. Fingers crossed for better wifi tomorrow
