[hhm] I did think I'd posted this morning, but I was also headless chickening a bit, so I probably didn't. We are also having a washing day here and I have been shopping too - for life's little luxuries like bread and milk but not for Tonic because DH forgot to put it on the list. His loss.

Shopping trip only resulted in a couple of t shirts really. Tried on a couple of dresses and considered getting one of them but wasn’t 100% so no.

Unexpected heavy rain resulted in a dash to bring the washing in that was pretty much dry,.

No rain they said no rain alllllll week. Am sat in the supermarket carpark waiting for it to stop as I came out without a coat. Half-dry washing is on the line and the compost still needs to dry out a bit

We've been watching Aidan Turner in Leonardo, well, we've finished it now. It's strange, I loved him as Rossetti, didn't like him as Poldark and thought he was wonderful as Leonardo. Just shows what a brilliant actor he is to portray these very different characters. Unfortunately no shirtlessness.

DS has had a fun day from what I can tell, topped off by having one of his friends over for a short notice sleepover. They're minecrafting. Bless :)

I’d like to watch Leonardo but I don’t think I’ll ever get round to it. It’s definitely not DH’s thing and, if it’s Amazon, we only have that on the main tv. I’ve a ton of other things to watch.

I should get an early night. Rubbish sleep yesterday including dreaming that NiceColleague was getting 🙄 at other colleague being super pernickety about a brew, and then Anton du Beke was refusing to get into his fancy dress llama costume.

Afternoon. We've had DGS here today. He didn't want to play golf as the weather isn't very good so it's been difficult to know what to do with him. He's perfectly happy on his ipad but I don't like him to be on it for too long.

It's been raining for days here, and all over the country. In some towns they're warning people from even going outside The cellar/storage units in my old apartment block was flooded, didn't reach my storage room though (it was empty so it wouldn't have mattered).
