FFS - you'd think an hour would give me long enough to get up, feed all livestock and humans, and then have 5 minutes of peace to myself before work starts, but no. BoringSpareRoomJob's computer is having a restart/update though, so I'm waiting for it to log back in.

DS is of a similar mindset to DS2 LetUs - I constantly have to insist that he watches videos etc, and not just go straight to the quiz to test his pre-existing knowledge guesswork- learning. He's done two 'lessons' already today and is back on the x-box.

Afternoon. All the Christmas stuff is down and back in the loft. Netflix is sorted. VirginMedia agreed to take the charge off the bill, but what's the betting it'll be back next month.

Sorry to hear about your back/hip problem LetUs, hope the change of pillow helps. I've had the same for about 3 years now. I don't think it's my hip joint as it's more round the back. If I were your age I'd do something about it, but I cba as it will open a can of worms, so I just put up with it. Strangely it's worse in bed, turning over is painful. I can walk it off, so clearly I need more exercise.

Didn’t end up in the bath last night. I got a bit distracted by the news. There weren’t any HBFs to lure me to the bathroom which was a bit selfish really.

I don't want to get be up either. I got caught up in the news last night too, and stayed up later than planned. But I have work to do and allegedly the roofer is coming to do proper measuring up today (I should get dressed). I say allegedly because he was meant to be coming yesterday, but postponed it at about 2pm. Everything's just all a bit too much effort today. Apart from HBFs, and wenches (#priorities). I can make an effort for them.

Trauma last night btw - Sky have taken Buffy off their list of downloadable programmes. DS is very grumpy and we're left mid-series with the loony 'Initiative' soldier people and their loony psychology professor/leader who just failed to kill Buffy and then got skewered by her own Frankenstein's Monster creation going "mother?" So we watched something else instead, but no idea what it was. Oh - Two Mules for Sister Sara, which DS approved of.

Finished Bridgerton last night - rather more Lord Shagger in the final episode & he was looking gooooood. Had a strong suspicion about the final reveal, which was gratifying
