my apt was the same, full of books. at the moment there's none here though: they are all in boxes poverini. since we moved I still managed to fill the only shelf there is in this mess though.

I have just finished the WILL!!!!!!! i have been paranoid since DD was born re who would be her guardian in case we both die as I really do not want SIL. So had to make sure is all in writing. very proud of myself.
Nursery are the state ones yes. unfortunately none of the school around here have nursery attached. they all start with reception. like you say i'll be on mat leave so it'll be perfect as i'll have the morning with just one. Maybe I'll get childminder for him/her as well for a day so to have a break. I realize how dangerous is to be overtired and exhausted. money well spent.
