Went to the supermarket to buy some stuff for easter before it's all gone. I hardly got through the doors before a man in his 70's told me that we have to keep a distance. Well I know that, there's a huge sign saying just that, I can read. I wasn't even close to him. I really can't stand men at that age, grumpy and just loooove to tell other people what to do, especially women. Don't think he would have said anything if it were a man his own age.

Evening. Has been a lovely day here and I've mostly been glued to a computer - though I did get a load of washing out and dried, and didn't go shopping after all. No hares today on the daily exercise, but there's a supermoon rising opposite a nice pinky sunset , so that;s nice.

Definitely don’t miss that sort of thing from LetUsCat. Before we had a cat flap, he’d ask to come in at the back door because it was raining and then immediately go to the front door as the weather would obviously be different there.

Beautiful day weather wise here. Got all the dressing gowns washed and dried which I was stupidly pleased with. Can’t say I was stupidly pleased with trying to get a quiet few minutes outside with the five children playing next door all shouting at each other for hours on end. Funny really, because there’s only two that live there.

It truly is puzzling Fancy. What I need is several HBFs - or a couple of them, I’m not greedy - to help me consider the issue. And once we’ve spent a nanosecond on that, we’ll have the whole night ahead of us to puzzle through many other things.

Dream last night heavily featured Brandon. Subconscious also decided his wife (who was a lovely person) should be there, so thanks so much for that. I’d been there before because we were discussing how they’d remodelled the kitchen. He did have his arms round me though which was rather nice. Later there were chickens dressed in togas marching in procession through a schoolyard, with the rear brought up by Bungle from Rainbow who was also wearing a toga.

Sunny again here. Off for a shower and then we shall see what the day brings.

I don't recall any bonkers dreams recently. there was one that involved me working at the houses of parliament which had lots of weird details, but there was nothing esp. entertaining to share.

Ready for easter now, bought wine today and raspberry/chocolate- and lingonberry/chocolate truffles. I also have salmon and herring obviously, garlic bread, crisps with garlic dip sauce, crackers and garlic cream cheese, proscuitto, prawns and aioli and of course Lindt chocolate eggs

I’ve just sat down outside with my knitting. It’s been sunny and warm all day so far. As soon as my backside touched the bench, the sun went in. It’s out again now so I’ll stay outside.

It’s Wednesday mid-afternoon. I’m sitting outside in the sun with my knitting and a bottle of cider. This is the life. Just need a few HBFs.

Well - we're going to have to separate Aramis and Athos - they're not far enough apart. (I'll take Athos - you're welcome btw ) Is that Brandon on the beach? Not sure that's essential travel or exercise but he seems pretty much on his tod, so we ignore that. Armie is very sensibly staying home by the pool so deserves a reward.

I bought some lamb for the weekend, because it was on offer and is yummy I also bought meatballs

Afternoon. Lovely day, one of those warmer-out-than-in ones. I've also been sitting in the garden reading while DH is mending tiles on the roof and making a hideous noise.

I saw the supermoon rise and looked out in the middle of the night, but it was cloudy so couldn't see it.

I really haven't thought about Easter, but may add some chocolate to the food order, although it doesn't come until Monday. Still, one day's pretty much the same as another at the moment.

Very importantly, is MrApricot safely down from the roof? I’m going to hide his ladders from now on. DH has already got one egg each for the DC. Not being able to just pop to the shops has saved me from getting mini eggs and the Galaxy golden mini eggs for myself which is A Good Thing.
