I put my lack of sleep last night down to a late night and then weird dream - driving into a tornado, waterspouts out at sea as we were about to head off in a boat - not very restful. I managed to get through work without a lunchtime snooze though, so that's good - aided by me going ballistic and a fuckwit finance prat who decided to majorly cock something up and 'forget' to roll over budgetted funding from last year to this.
