If I had any idea what this means I might be soothed by the information. Are they genetically modified because I know from personal experience what that can result in to taste like chicken or something?

The behemoth gave up lots of bits though not necessarily voluntarily.

All mice taste like chicken. No, not modified, but inbred and kept in very clean conditions. The bucks can be a bit grumpy when older.

I think behemoth bits are less clean than B6 mice. Although more gamey I imagine.
