So sad to hear about Zombie tonight & cant find a new thread now that the keep the home fires thread is full?
Is there one?
Such a wonderful woman who will be missed by so so many people.
No words seem enough, just wanted to raise a glass 🥃 to toast the legend that is Zombie & the legacy she's left behind.x

Sorry I didn't get to come on yesterday, was a crazy, crazy day which involved multiple trips to various places (nothing exciting, things like collecting a flute from the repairer, etc.!) and then I had a friend come over last night and we were chatting until nearly midnight! Was lovely, although I'm fairly knackered this morning.

Anyway, I hope all is well with everyone.

Sassy, I agree with you, I stayed on the thread initially because I wasn't ready to leave, but now I consider you all friends and I love chatting with you! Yet another legacy from Zombie.

Steve, I agree, such a sad loss, but as I hope you will see from this thread, her spirit lives on.

On a lighter subject, luckily, I've managed to avoid Pop. It's CBeebies central in this house. I even know where I need to be in my schedule depending on what programme is on!

The older children are more into You Tube/You Tube Kids than TV, interestingly, although they do also watch Netflix (on children's settings!).

It's DD3's 2nd Birthday tomorrow! So we've got a busy weekend, plus DD1 is going to France with school for a week from Sunday - and I have to drop her off at 5.30am!!! 😩

Morning! I woke up at 5, DS2 woke up at 6, DD's at my aunt's, did wash, watching Slugterra, going to the Sainsbury's café for breakfast at 9.

In the café waiting for DS2's junior breakfast and my scrambled eggs and bacon. DS2's watching Power Rangers on Netflix, now that he's realised that it's in his profile on his tablet!

Your breakfast sounded lush Bath! So how is BathsLad? Has the infection eased? I really hope it has by now! x

We had gammon hock in cider sauce with mustard mash for lunch, kashmiri chicken korma for supper, we ate early so DS2 could go to bed early, he's so tired! He's doing his homework and reading then bed.

Massively busy day here as it was DD3's 2nd Birthday! Lots of fun was had all round as well as chocolate cake.

Am now in bed trying to go to sleep but fannying around on the phone instead as I have to get up at 4.30am to take DD1 to school for her trip to Normandy. 😩

I was really tired about 45 mins ago, so I came up to bed and now I'm wide awake!!! 😡
