Our beautiful leather clad lovelies have hung up their pauldrons, wrapped their thighs around their wenches horses and rode hard for the border. There'll be no more snogging in cupboards, or noshing on the Queen...s awful cooking. But we're not sad...oh no, we can keep this nonsense going ad infinitum, and there's plenty to look forward to as the Swaggerers stagger on in post muskie oblivion.

So keep the Cardinals finger flowing, and help yourself to the complementary Hot Chilean Nuts.

Now....S1 Ep1 anyone??

Fancy how is your job going? (when you're back from it!)

JacobFryesTopHatLackey · 01/09/2016 12:09

I dunno, Kylo Ren has skills. Poe Dameron I waver on. Sometimes he looks a bit too clean cut. But when he looks a bit roughed up and is wearing his flight jacket - definitely. Looking forward to Rogue 1 too.

Those earrings sound great Baddz.

I'm so nervous about schoolmouse. Bet the little bugger's fine. He was so happy when he saw they had his special car seat in his usual place on the bus.

I should really watch the new Star Wars film at some point, shouldn't I?

MadamedeChevreuse · 01/09/2016 13:20

mouse - but yes, I bet he is having a brilliant time Grin

helen yes!

cormoran - musketeers coincidence #2: Cormorant has a half sister named maimie! Shock

Badders123 · 01/09/2016 14:03

Mouse...if he is anything like our new ones he has a great time!
I handed out eleventy million stickers but as my dn is in the new class everyone called me "auntie bads"
Most amusing 😀

Badders123 · 01/09/2016 14:09

I've already hit 10000 steps before 2pm
Maybe I'm not as inert as I thought?

ApricotCrush · 01/09/2016 14:35

Awww Schoolmouse is adorable. Hope he's alright.

Back from the garage, didn't need a new exhaust after all, just a new-bit-the-name-of-which-I-don't-know. £45 instead of the expected £300/400. Yipee! So we had lunch in the pub to celebrate.

I think I'd break a Fitbit if I had one, I was awake for 2 hours last night. Hope I don't fall asleep in the cinema.

JacobFryesTopHatLackey · 01/09/2016 14:50

aaaw how cute badders

He's home again. Had a brilliant time. I was worried he wouldn't transition well from preschool to p1. He's brought home a little communicator type device with a message recorded on it. The new toddlermouse has been much better behaved without his partner in crime too. But they've missed each other and are now cuddling, eating biscuits and watching Force Awakens.

Badders123 · 01/09/2016 17:31

Aww
Grin

FancyFancy · 01/09/2016 18:21

Afternoon wenches, back home a bit earlier today

comtess, YY to Froomey yesterday - a good effort & more fab Yates results too Smile

Enjoy DBS those of you who're going

& fingers crossed fro the acupuncture

Job ok thanks helen, first assignment was rather confusing & not sure how good my efforts were. Hopefully my next one will be a bit more straightforward - it's hard enough navigating all the new systems & software whilst simultaneously remembering old skills, updating myself technically & all at a new employer, without the client making errors in their data to boot Grin

Good effort on the steps badders

excellent news about Schoolmouse, his school really does sound good from what you say Smile mouse

LetUsPrey · 01/09/2016 19:32

Evening wenches. Have RBNRM. Squeee at cute SchoolMouse and hurrah for successful days at school for MiniWenches!

Earrings sound great Badderz. Hope acupuncture is successful Madame. Hurrah for car not needing expensive part and repair Apes.

Poe - no. I think the long coat thing that Kylo Ren has going on helps.

Am fed up with work today. Tossers.

Am watching the US Open tennis. They have the roof closed and the noise of the rain on the roof is deafening!

Also, DS2 I love you to bits but you need to stop talking for just five minutes. I've had constant noise all day.

And breathe.

Badders123 · 01/09/2016 19:38

Dishes done
Downstairs tidied
Boys showered
Aaaannnddddd I'm done for today
God I'm knackered

LetUsPrey · 01/09/2016 19:48

My iPad wanted to autocorrect tossers to toasters.

Badders123 · 01/09/2016 20:25

In trying Victoria on it catch up
Jenna Coleman irritates the bejesus out of me Confused

Badders123 · 01/09/2016 20:45

God!
AWFUL CGI!!

LetUsPrey · 01/09/2016 20:49

I didn't bother with it. It'll clash with Poldark from this Sunday and I know which one I'll be watching and recording to watch later alone so if I recorded or downloaded Victoria, I'd never get round to watching it

Badders123 · 01/09/2016 20:49

It's pretty shit tbh

LetUsPrey · 01/09/2016 21:00

Dodged one there then. Friend at work said it wasn't very good.

Also I have some new books to read...

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 01/09/2016 21:32

erm...

Haven't done half the work I intended, will have to take laptop with me on weekend trip Angry had small people over for playdate to give DM a break, except she ended up supervising because I'd forgotten about a conference call with new customer contact. Then had to watch Dr Who with DS because it was scary (the Library and Forest of the Dead with David Tennant and River Moon's first appearance - excellent episode, but now DS is slightly concerned about shadows )

Took DS swimming and came home via library - got a new (to me ) Janet Evanovich (result!) and also foudn that Cormorant Strike isn't popular in these parts (geographically speaking) since all three books were sitting o the shelf and are not in my bag. God knows where I will have time to read any of these books, but I live in hope (and drink red bull to stay awake long enough to read as well as work and have real life).

Now I am trying to eat tea, wench, and pay attention to DH simultaneously. Tea is going cold, my post has lots of typos that need correcting, and DH has switched over to cricket because he knows when there's just no point in trying to get my attention Blush

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 01/09/2016 21:35

Ps - I like Venus Williams' tennis dress, very pretty from what I ca see on postage sized sky box preview sreen. though the back looks a bit odd.

I reserve the right to change my mind if we ever have the tennis on the screen in full size Grin

LetUsPrey · 01/09/2016 22:01

The Janet Evanovich books are very good - I think so anyway. Are they the Stephanie Plum ones? The Wicked series is good so far.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 01/09/2016 22:34

Yes - that's her. LetUs - entertaining fluff
I haven't actually read the Wicked ones, will have to give them a go then Grin

LetUsPrey · 01/09/2016 22:37

She writes men well IYSWIM Grin

Actually I might check if the new Wicked book is out

FancyFancy · 01/09/2016 22:48

I was tempted by Victoria, especially as Rufus Sewell was reported to be very hot in it, but rather like letus I'm in despair over my backlog of unwatched programmes (and with the Vuelta on, the Tour of Britain & Poldark starting at teh weekend & the Paralympics on soon that's not going to be getting any better) so I gave it a miss. JC annoyed me in the trailers, not sure I could face a whole programme of her.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 01/09/2016 23:13

National Theatre have tweeted a behind the scenes picture and someone else says they have more bts pictures and a podcast with cast coming soon.

apricot - did you enjoy it?
